Hi. I dont post all that often on here! I have just spoken to a close family member who works with a lot of big south coast property developers. He said he has never heard of these two guys and asked around a few of his contacts who also say they have never heard of them. Pretty safe to say if they are worth knowing they would of heard of them! I think it may be an attempt to force a few potential investors hands into making a move.
