I have 2 still going as it stands. Don't you want them anymore Andy? As you can understand I don't want to be lumbered with them
-
Do you still want them Andy? You've not got in touch tonight. 2 tickets still going face value
-
-
I have 2 tickets for sale. Face value, if anyone is interested.
-
Does anyone know if you can leave your car at the stadium whilst travelling on the coach? Years ago I know you could. Many thanks
-
Will there be live streams of today's game?
-
Absolutely. My first game was home against Sunderland in 1967. 2-1 down at half time and we finished up with a 3-2 win. How can you not remember a game like that, First away game was at Chelsea where we also won 3-2 (there's a theme developing here). Never thought I would see 3 cup finals involving Saints (and that's not counting the Daily Exprerss five a side or the Teaxaco Cup Final v Newcastle).
Fair play. I have just looked through in that number and I still can't work out what my first match was. I think I was 7 or 8 though ffs

Do people really remember their first game? I remember the season I went as a young lad, but don't have a clue which one it was. (No I am not an old c***)

As someone who is only interested in one team and couldn't care less about them and doesn't want to hear about them except when we are playing them I sometimes get the impression that some so called fans are more interested in their demise than us getting promoted. When on another thread on the matter people are asking who is David Bull, I just wonder what motivates them to call themselves Saints fans?
I don't really give a toss about pompey either. I'd much rather sing pro Saints songs. I didn't know who David Bull was either to be fair.

I agree about Melbourne. A great city. I stayed in St Kilda for a few weeks when I went back packing. It's the best city out of Sydney/Brisbane in my opinion. I was also very impressed with Hobart and Tassie. 4 seasons in one day is very true about Melbourne. The MCG is the best stadium I've been to

Lefty was Pacino. FACT

Really? Come into the real world where sometimes saints will lose a game. If you don't see that then I'd suggest that you look closer to who's the *****
what has coming in to the real world got to do with it ? Have I said "saints won't ever lose". I could never back against my team. Fair play to you though. gloat on

Good effort!! How much you put on??
people that bet against the saints are *****

..and he's been in the game man and boy for´over 40 years..is it just his Lancashire dialect you can't handle ?
Isn't he from the North east? (yes, pedantic i know)

First half not so good. Second half pretty good. It was nice to see the youngsters playing well. Doble struggled a bit but I reckon that was mainly because he was isolated. Harding needs to have more confidence in his right foot, because it's not so bad when he uses it.
Just a quick mention about some of our fans today. There was a group in front of us who were slagging the team off from the first minute. They seemed to single out Ward-Prowse and Doble, then even moved onto Guly, who wasn't even playing. "We're top," I told them. "Not for much longer," one of them said.
Same goes for the people chanting 'Nigel sort it out' after about 25 minutes. You'd have thought we were 4-0 down.
It's not so long ago that we were in the relegation zone of League One. Let's all cheer up and enjoy our (relative) success while it lasts, rather than fretting about how we might not be top in a couple of weeks.
The "nigel, sort it out" brigade must've been the same lot that sang "Nigel, give us a wave" and "There's only one Nigel Adkins". Take a look around at any away game. The mutant level is high

Just got back.
First impression - Used the park and ride. Worked well, straight out at the end, so can't complain. Stadium was nice, however didn't feel finished. Need seats in the corners and another tier. The west stand looked impressive though.
Thought we played well first half, Harding was so lucky - Yellowed for a perfectly fine tackle, then Brighton player dives leaving him on a tightrope - Atkins had to take him off. Lallana's shot was well over the line - Everyone saw it bar D'Urso and his useless ****ing assistants.
Second half we started well - Lambert was pulled down, again not seen by D'Urso. Then the sending off. From what I saw, Lambert was trying to get up after being PULLED DOWN AGAIN by the bald **** - He keeps hold of him on the floor and Rickie gives him a shove to get off of him. Not near his face - Yet the defender goes down in the most comical style - Think S.Taylor when he handled the ball and then tried not to get sent off. Unfortunately D'Urso bought the reaction and showed a red. Davis should have saved the first goal, could do nothing about the second and the third should have been cleared.
It was never a 3-0 scoreline and at time's we were still the better team, even with 10 men.
I agree with all of this

Great post and a sign of an adult going through some personal growth.
The only "personal growth" you should be thinking about on NY eve is when you're ramming your chopper in a bird's mouth to see in the new year ffs
