What sort of cunt agreed to have that eyesore of a logo splashed across the front? Seriously they must have some standards with regarded to who the company is ad what their logo looks like?
This times 100.
Its been said above, but these kit manufacturers must provide the club with a choice over kits, and time after time, some utter numpty in the club keep picking shit versions... It cannot repeatedly be the various kit manufactures constantly giving us poor kits.

Not sure Puma have ever made a decent kit. Such a shame we’ve gone with them. Really poor effort, and a shocking sponsor logo. Looks so cheap.
How very underwhelming
The club wanted to maximise commercial revenue i guess.... hopefully that didn't include shirt sales 🤣

Who has the more stylish kit, us or Brackley Town ?
Not us. Ours are absolutely horrific.

The home kit is atrocious. Reminds me of the old flybe exeter kit (which was better). Struggle to nail "lower league" better if we had tried.

People will laugh, but i actually do think Rollbit warrants fan push back. Awful company to be associated with.

Is this going to be clever accounting - i.e. we sign Downes so WHU can bank a larger fee and we can split the transfer spend over 4 years etc... and they sign KWP the same way around... or are we in with a chance of lining up with KWP and Sugar as our wing backs next year...
Or has a bigger club come in for KWP

Trying to see how this doesn't look terrible on our striped shirts as well...
Let alone the headlines where we get rolled over 😆 -
What an atrocious sponsor.

No dedicated reporter so unlikely. Jacob Tanswell who moved to Villa when we were relegated seems to be sharing transfer info but doesn’t look like we’ll get insight articles anytime soon
I'd have been more likely to cancel mine had tanswell moved back, the worst one though was Sheldon.

U18s
in The Saints
Think we need to just acknowledge that SR don't care about the academy tbh. They binned off most of the key staff that took the these batches through and developed them and they're now making no serious attempt to even keep what are some serious prospects. Feels like all they really want to do is buy young kids from elsewhere that they can sell on for a profit - seemingly no interest in developing our own home grown talent through to the first team.

Tbh, if we can't match lyon's wages for our best academy player it's pretty laughable. This is a pretty damning day all in.

I actually reckon Carlton Morris may not be a bad shout for us, certainly someone who can fill the Che Adam's void.

It's a plain and simple red and white kit, hardly horrendous, unless you hate plain and simple red and white kits.
Thing of beauty:
Disgusting Sunderland kit 🤮:( Or at least, a pretty grim knock off) 😛
But lets be serious here for a second. The white chevrons look cluttered, the striped sleeves are bad and add to that clutter, and the stripes from the sleeves and the shirt body don't align. Its a shocking striped shirt.-

Delap gives me Harry Kane vibes, Alot of fans are going to be gutted when he starts performing in the premier league.
Agreed. The kid has everything he needs to take off imo. It would be such a shame if we are genuinely interested in him and it ends up being with someone else.

Obligatory YouTube video...
That's easily one of the best youtube highlights reels i've seen for a CM at saints. Imagining him in the middle alongside Downes.
Failure to sign him now would result in only one thing i'm afraid...

I'd love to see him up against Lammy in a debate, would be a straight sets win for the ex-Saint 👍
Probably never been in the Gods in his life in all fairness 🤣

Bobby De Cordova-Reid has decided to sign for Leicester
Championship footy clearly high on his list. That or they're paying him a fair whack.

The club clearly aren't going to be mad enough to not sign a striker.
That's what hassenhuttle thought... for like 2-3years...

Watching that video it does indeed look as if he has a good football brain and reads the game well. He seems to often be in the right place at the right time. I think we are full now on the CB position, but I am really worried that RM thinks AM and Baz are enough for a PL season. I think that could still be our undoing.
I'd be even more worried that he thinks Macca and Lumley are enough for half the season personally.

If Roden (20mil) wants PL, we have interest in him, we can use Alcaraz (30mil) as a swap, TOT very interested in him. Throw in Ryan Sessegnon (10mil), for our Argie and call it a done deal, no monies transferred. Heck, we could double the figures and still not transfer any monies, but book huge profit.
Surpised if we don't use this swap cheat that other teams are using to get infalted fees on the books with very little monies actally being transferred.
KWP, proven PL, mature 27, can play both sides, should be worth a "cheat swap" for young developing Downes and a free Ben Johnson?
Why in hell would we throw in £10M for a player that is no longer on Tottenhams books? The last thing anyone needs to give levy is charity.

I don't think there's actually any credible links between us and Delap, but if we were to hypothetically sign him, the only way we should be signing him is on loan. We've thrown away too much money on the Manchester City academy and can't keep throwing money down on "potential". Would be stupid from the club to spend a good amount of money on a player we wouldn't have taken any notice of if he wasn't connected to Manchester City and wasn't a relation of one of our former players.
Loan spots are also a premium in the Premier League, so even that may be wasted on Delap. Even his record in the England youth set up above Under-17 level is pretty mediocre.
I'd personally say we're fairly break even on Man City signings. Lavia was a huge profit and great Signing. THB was a very astute acquisition and one that will turn a profit. Edozie will come good. Bazunu is a bit uncertain now. Shea Charles i'm not sure over, and Larios has just been bitterly unlucky with bad injury problems.

Summer Transfer Window 2024
in The Saints
Posted
The current squad is weaker than the one that got relegated (Lavia, Tino, JWP all missing), but the team that got relegated should never have gone down - That was entirely down to SR undermining the manager and coaching setup, sacking hassenhuttle, and then making two terrible appointments.
Against that, I have faith that we once again have an effective style of play and team. The attack is weaker currently - its the same as what came down, minus Che - which is impressive.... but surely this is the window where SR finally buy a good striker?!?!? Surely?!?! Right?!?!?!
The defence is better, and with Downes in midfield, a more structured defence, and the cb's we have for a back 5 - i think we'll be better defensively than when we got relegated.
If we sign a good attacker, and possibly Ramsdale (i can't quite believe he'll go from Arsenal to saints, or that if he is available we'll be the ones to get him), then i think we'll be sound.
Over to SR to finally sign a good striker...
