Having no Strikers that can hold the ball up hasn't helped this situation, from what I've seen of Carrillo he can't hold it up as well as Austin and Austin isn't even very good at it.

If you play one up front you need a centre mid and the two wingers to be close to them when attacking which hasn't happened in the last two seasons.

Just had another look at Pellegrinos wiki page why on earth did we employ him in the first place. One season here, one season there if we really employed him because he got a team to a cup final the season before then the board have to have a long hard look at themselves. At least Puel had some sort of pedigree

If Livermore gets into the world cup squad and starts the games then wtf amazed he was being called up and starting in the first place but now his team are 20th in the league quite adrift from many other poor teams he just isn't that good. JWP would deserve a chance over him due to his age and set piece ability but don't think he deserves to be in either!

I sincerely hope it is Mark Hughes and hope every other Southampton fan feels that way also as I hope we win the FA cup and stay in this league which means he will stay.

Just saw on SSN about Crystal Palace

Palace have lost all 9 games this season without Wilfred Zaha scoring just 3 goals

Had those games been draws or wins with him available the only teams that would have lost less games than Palace are the top 5.

Wonder how much he'll go for in the summer?

If he could play Gabbiadini with someone in the hole close to him that would be great........Oh and either drop Tadic or play him on the Left only!

Actually going to see which Saints games I can attend for the rest of the season now, wasn't going to bother if this guy was in charge.

I’m always a believer that a player should ****ing hate his manager as he makes them puke at training and miss out on family time because he is ruthless.

 

Fergie was a **** but a bloody good manager that got results.

Rumours some players disliked Koeman but he got our best results.

Driver was a bit of a **** as well, seemed excited that he'd spat over his daughter.

I will give a Eastleigh a go. They have more of a community feel these days and a better atmosphere at the stadium. The catering is better too.
