The myth machine will be going at full pelt over that fan, whatever he was wearing. All the bitter little skates will be literally foaming at the mouth while they ramp it up to be an epic kicking of gargantuan proportions that left him eating through a straw and in no doubt at all about who 'owns' the south coast.
Whoever is he supports, he's a d!ckhead for doing it and I hope he gets a ban.

He tore united a new one?
He outmanouvered Jose?
Puel had 2 full weeks to prepare, Jose had a few days - & we lost! No new ones torn, Jose wasnt outmanouvered.
Some positives from yesterday sure, but we should have been playing like that all season.
Puel has been disappointing thus far, yesterdays defeat doesn't change that for me.
The benefits of not rotating were evident yesterday, but why has it taken a euro exit, fa cup exit, poor league season and 7 months to realise that?
You're supposed to deal the meth mate, not take it

Bloody hell!
The better team WON because if clinical finishing.
Stats wise it was almost identical.
As for support....we (united) didn't hear saints fans apart from when you scored.
It may have seemed to some of you that you were so loud, but honestly you're getting carried away with the occasion.
In the ground you were quiet, and outside on wembley way etc, like mice.
Hope this helps

Getting carried away with the occasion? No mush that's because we understand the value of getting to a cup final. You obviously don't. Still I hope you enjoyed your day trip and it didn't take you too long to get back to Surrey afterwards. Did you actually stay to see your team lift the cup or did you f**k off like most of the other plastics because you've 'seen it all before?
And I should check the tv coverage as well - most of the match all you can hear is the Saints fans. Your plastics only started to give it large after the third goal. Pathetic.

Absolutely gutted to have lost that game. P!ss poor decision from the Lino and absolutely the best case ever for a TMO (spare me the whole 'it would ruin the game' rubbish, everyone would just adapt and get on with it)
Best performance I've seen this season and the team should be proud of what they did achieve.
Need to keep this going into a push up the table for the rest of the season now.
-
That's the kind of thing I'm looking for, thanks
-
For those who can't go, any venues in town showing the final?
-
Who gives a monkeys he's off to Saudi apparently.
Good riddance
-
I'm not so sure that wouldn't be a bad thing over here - have you seen some of the horror show barnets in the premier league?
-
Tbh I saw the thread title and thought 'let the cat herding commence!'
But I quite like the camera flash idea in the 62nd minute - not over the top, easy to do (even drunk) and a touching tribute to Markus.
Just as long as they leave that f!cking godawful car crash of a song behind at St Mary's that they insist on playing before every match.
-
Due to financial constraints, I can't go. The worst is that I can't take my 6 year old son either.
I'm absolutely gutted about it.
However it made the cousins day when I offered them my tickets so at least something good has been done.
Will there be any pubs in Southampton showing it? I might just go to my local but being in town with a load of other fans who also couldn't go would be better
-
The only fans I hate are the plastics who bang on about 'their' team, the arrogant pr!cks who think every other team should automatically make their players available to be sold, the same ones who think that finishing below 6th is a major disaster.
I'm reminded of that complete bellend interviewed outside St Mary's after Man U beat us claiming the city belonged to them in his broad Southampton accent.

Can't help but think it's a little premature to be saying Les has done it again after our first win in quite some Time.
-
Accrington Stanley? Who are they?
-
Very happy to be proved wrong for this game.
Now go and do it again.

I can only conclude that the News have set some poor work experience nark to ape the wonderful Mr Allen. Anyways, it's resulted in a fantastic piece about the legendary power of the amazing few including:
- The night "Ronaldinho and Co paid tribute to the Fratton faithful."
- Laugh-a-minute spelling and grammar errors such as: "A special night which has gone down in Pompey Legend. A huge army of 12,000 fans mad the pilgrimage to Anfield for the League Cup tie."
- A non sequitur of an ending: "Here’s five other memorable games when the club’s following took centre stage." (except there aren't five other games)
F**k me they really are desperate to grab at anything in order to try and distract from the fact that they failed to get promotion last season. Again. And they aren't looking too certain to get it this season either.
What a totally cringeworthy effort at journalism that is. Most of those are just examples of the skates having a moan because they got relegated. Or went bust. Again.
As for the Milan game...... 'hey look! We managed a draw!'
-
Have we actually signed him yet or not?
-
Just f**king win. That is all.
-
Now I've calmed down......
Not strong enough at the back
Not good enough up front (I'm hoping Gabbiadini changes this but he can't if he doesn't get the supply)
One win will make a massive difference but I can't see us getting it.
-
Or to put it another way:
Theyve recruited a player who used to be in the squad of a Championship side but has now dropped down to League Two because he didn't make it...........
-
Will work as long as the referees properly understand it and apply it correctly.
Given the poor standard of refereeing I doubt it'll happen
-
Have to win. The relegation zone is too close.
-
6 points away from The relegation fight.
Great.
-
We got him according to the BBC
-
the fans dictate, well they do own the club
Are.... are...... you saying that, since the fans own the club (apparently) then all of these failures are actually THEIR fault?
What kind of striker is he?

What I like about him is his knowledge of where he is in the box, his willingness to have a shot and his ability to get it in the areas that will at least force the goalie to make a save.
