caution with 0271 ticket number

In trying to book tickets as a group using everybodys customer number, if you bought say 3 for the semi on one cust no. and then want 3 for the final, due to data protection, they can't have a look at your buying history unless its you phoning up. Nightmare.

What's this to do with the 0271 number?

Should it be 01271, the area code for Barnstaple, N Devon?

 

I believe that's where the ticket call centre is situated!
