the wedge Posted 11 February, 2011 Share Posted 11 February, 2011 Anyone looking at getting one of these? I'd not heard of it until last night, I filmed an advert for them today and got to play on one for a good few hours. Just about wet myself at Pro Evo in 3D. And Street Fighter, Zelda, Mario Kart and the like. Not owned a Nintendo since the original Game Boy but this piece of kit blew me away today. Saint_Jonny Posted 11 February, 2011 Share Posted 11 February, 2011 Yea it is very impressive, me and my course mates were invited to a press release in Manchester last weekend and it really has to be seen to believed. Nintendo are going to struggle to market it on the back of that I reckon! Would love to get one but it is a bit pricey.
saint_bert Posted 11 February, 2011 Share Posted 11 February, 2011 How does it work exactly? Do you need the glasses?
the wedge Posted 15 February, 2011 Author Share Posted 15 February, 2011 How does it work exactly? Do you need the glasses? No idea how it works, but no you don't need glasses. It's absolutely mental. Pro Evo/any football game is utterly silly fun to play. The depth of field is amazing, seen to be believed I feel and a snip at £200. (Sounding suspiciously like an employee of Nintendo now, I'm not I'm just an actor...)
