Hi, All, i am 76 in October, i need a little help on the application form filling, the section that i find so not clear, is the Proof of Identity. Can one of you good people , tell me what i must do in this section, do i send my Birth Certificate etc, or do i fill in my Passport number on the form.??  or do i just send my photo card driving licence for identity/Thanking You All In Anticipation Rob
