Mortgage Advice please?

Just wandering who our resident experts are. Who is Crouchie's Lawyer nowadays?

I'm looking for a fixed rate deal with a LTV just over the 80% mark (can't budge on that) so limited slightly by that.

I've done all the internet searches and had two brokers find me what they consider to be great deals but I am not convinced that I need to pay a arrangement fee in the region of a grand when I could maybe get the same myself through SWF and it could cost me the price of a beer or two.

More info:

15 year term

overpayment facility a must

no penalty if and when we leave AFTER the fixed rate term

cheers in advance

Missed the boat on this one, sorry Hamster old mate!

I can be followed on the book of faces though if you're in need of any mortgage advice in the future...

Applies for anyone else interested too. Will give fellow Saints fan's £35 of gift vouchers upon completion of their mortgage/protection too
