Although, that was one game..... Taking your own words we cannot say that our good form has been entirely corrupted from one game either. You are being too pessimistic.

That's just it, at that moment in time they were. So, it's far from a silly thing to say. Form can change, but Stoke were, for a fair while last season, competitive.
