To be fair i've been to uni twice and don't think they're all ****s, but there does seem to be a higher collection of the posh up themselves types in Soton than a lot of places (mainly from the main Uni).
Because they could be infinitely better than most bars if it wasn't for the posers.

I was agreeing as regards keeping student-only policies on campus (and off of Bedford Pl and such-like) just raising a polite objection to the tarring of a whole section of the populace with the same brush!
Fair enough, as regards the posers and "posh up themselves types". I can see how they'd grate on anyone's nerves...!
