Does not necessarily mean we will though does it. Do hope Bournemouth beat us though. Happy with the revenue from the 15k crowd last night plus prize money and no doubt will be a sell out against Bournemouth. I'll take that.

I am deluded just ignore me Enjoying this season though, first time in along time. Hell even my non league club are doing brilliantly.

Greatest achievement is back to back div1 league titles. Yes years ago but it it what it is. We still were the best team in england 2 years in a row

For once you are going to be disappointed and that date will pass without incident. There are other things afoot though which depending on your outlook could be deemed good or bad.

Now that is something I would like an outcome from and the people in charge bought to justice, we have no control over that either it is an independent investigation is it not that we cannot influence Thing is in an ideal world I would of loved us to settle all debts in full but what do you expect us to do about it, the board are not going to start paying off debt that they do not have to are they, it does not make it right but how many businesses would do this? Yes its morally wrong but it does not matter how long you bang on about it and how many of us "normal fans" would like to happen it will not. I would of rather not had Gaydamak and his bank loaned millions but I cannot change it - I would of rather we had stayed in the championship and lived within our means as would alot of fans, but what has happened has happened and it cannnot be erased.
-
actually with the money for PP's these days for teams coming down from the prem yes maybe lower champs upper league 1 is more realistic I do smile when you lot go on about how much debt etc we should of paid off - nearly all companies in the same position will try and negotiate to pay off as little as possible in order to survive. Suppose your going to tell me that has never happened before with any football club / business ? £20 says you will come back with they didn't rip off local business and charities - prove it ! Whilst I would of liked us to pay off all debts in full the law allows for different when it comes to business and thats what it is business at the end of the day. Its not something I am proud of but it is what it is
-
The debts we owe are being paid off and we are ahead of schedule as I understand it - I have no control over what the club does about debt that we are not legally responsible for but perhaps morally ought to consider.

Lol - my other half runs a homeless hostel in southampton for drug addicts and alcoholics - don't talk to me about pompey being a ****hole full of bellends its the same both sides of fareham. There have been some horrific murders up there recently. Whatmough is a raw talent at the moment but if in 2-3 years when he has developed a little more and we sell for £3m-£5m with a sell on fee and invest in the club both on and off the field that will be the way forward. We are a mid championship team with the infrastructure we have so that is the goal.

I am not talking about the last shambles WSS. When the financials are produced we will see what they look like, whilst you lot are convinced for some reason we are going to blag all the financies again I am confident we have people at the helm that are not criminals as per the last 3-4 owners and we will do things properly. Remember a loss was always predicted in the 1st year anyway regardless in the business case and I am sure half of you thought we would be in admin again by now, the same half no doubt saying when start doing badly in league 2 attendences will drop. I think we still averaged 15k and we have sold what 11k in ST's this year even though we were crap. Again half of you said we wouldn't make 10k and would be lucky to get 8k second season Oh and someone mentioned the training ground, I do not care at the moment that we do not own it and it is a lease at least we will have some half decent ( for a league 2 club ) training facilities for the players
-
here we go again. Proof required we cannot afford them or your statement is based on feck all.
-
So automatically you are assuming then we have not budgeted going forward for the PP's not being included in turnover? Understandable due to the past recent history but I'll be very surprised if we go down that road again so soon after the last few shambles. The accounts will be interesting and should tell the story.
-
Why are you so sure we have an unsustainable wage bill? FFP rules are strict in league 2 - 55% of turnover and monitored regularly by the FL. We also have to report our finances to the FL regularly due to all the poor ownership from before. http://www.financialfairplay.co.uk/financial-fair-play-explained.php

Far to many people on the main board getting un necessary. Llalana and shaw will go but there is big money there. Biggest indicator will be the calibre of manager they employ which might give an indication of the chairwomans intention Its just nice that for once in the close season we are not the ones being pasted. I am enjoying the peace and quiet and laughing at brighton who are deluded beyond belief
-
to be fair the Reo-Coker and Mcanuff deal was pretty much done, then at last minute Wimbledon ****ed us around asked for more money etc etc and they both went to West Ham who offered more money and obviously were a better club at the time for their career advancement than Pompey
