This is the worst I've seen us play this season, have the players switched off, given we are all but safe? Was always a concern that would happen

To all who are whinging about the team selection, theres this thing called periodization. When you push your body to max, it needs time to recover. When you dont give it enough time to recover you can get 'overtrained', and as our high pressing game means the players have to be incredibly fit, its likely some players will be nearing that. When overtrained, you become more injury prone, have low energy levels and feel weak. So making all these changes is necessary for the players fitness levels.

Why not rest players on Sat then against West Ham, both teams are all but safe

If Guly plays for us again it will be too soon

Really frustrated with JWP today, he's got ability in there, but he has been awful today. Truly rubbish.

No lets fully put this Guly is ok myth to bed, if he can not do it against a team fighting relegation that has made 9 changes to its team then when will he? It will put it to bed once and for all, Guly has always been a poor footballer and him being in the side will reflect badly on Pochettino, how he can justify picking him is bewond anyone who knows the smallest amount about football.

just depressing this is a 5th round FA cup tie. Competition deserves more respect from both clubs. What are fans supposed to do when they spend a fortune on league tickets and have it rammed down their throat how important staying up is and how little clubs care about the cup?

 

Add to to that ridiculous kick off times and the game on TV and I don't blame the fans for the small crowd. Just sad it looks like a friendly match on a **** pitch!

Big game for JWP who's struggled to make the step up so far, like to see him be more involved, a bit stronger and not be afraid to go past a player. His crossing, in these conditions, could be a key factor
