I'm probably going to park at Burnley Cricket club which is literally next to the ground, last year I parked on Doris Street park which is small but only about 500 meters up the road from the ground. Other options here:

Cheers.

Mine arrived today, my boys’ ones yesterday.

First trip to Burnley, anyone got any advice re good places to park? Going up with my boys, so more worried about a quick getaway than being close to pubs. Burnley website suggests a few so may go with the one that’s closest to the motorway.

Afolabi has confirmed on that instagram he has left
Aha, that'll probably be it then, he's not the brightest bless him. Last time I start a rumour. Good news though, I like Obafemi, if he stays fit going to be a handful.
-
Hopefully this is wrong, but my son claims Obafemi indicated on Instagram tonight he might be off. Son says the post has since been deleted. Anyone else heard anything or do I need to dope test the lad?

For the life of me I don't understand why it didn't come out before. I was involved in local football in the 60s and 70s, his name was out there with a question mark against it. I heard it mentioned periodically. I had nothing to do with Saints but a lot of people were aware of the suspicions. There were also others that were mentioned in the same vein, not with Saints though.
Was thinking this too. I remember as a kid it was playground gossip in the 80’s so really can’t understand if his name was known then that this didn’t come out sooner. Tragedy he was able to stay in the shadows for so long.

I thought it was a pretty great game on both sides. That being said, why yoshida and Redmond continue to play entire games, if at all, is mind boggling to me.

You're kidding, right?!

Surprisingly upbeat considering we lost like that. Played really well and Cardiff were beaten.
This day could have been a lot worse.
I'm gutted, but like you upbeat because we were awesome today and were so so unlucky not to get something out of it. We really don't get the breaks, stone wall pen for us in the first half. But encouraging for the rest of the season. So refreshing to see Prowsie being positive, looking to go forward rather than sideways. Maybe we didn't get anyone in the window, but him and Redmond look like new signings since Ralf's arrived. Also shout out for Hoj keeping Pogba quiet today.

Crouch is bound to score against us.

Please can you kindly precede such positive posts with a klaxon warning of some sort? Thanks
Noted.

In keeping with my avatar name I'll offer a different view. Me and my boys had a great day out today watching our beloved Saints. Yes, we should have held on to our lead, but atmosphere was good and thought despite a lack of quality at times, it was a decent FA cup tie. Redmond's second goal was a stunner and worth the entrance fee alone. So pleased he now has a song and he's being shown some appreciation.
It's hard to beat the buzz of match day, a new ground for my boys to tick off, the joy of jumping around like a loon when we score. Bring on the next one.

Parking for away supporters is provided at the Derby Conference Centre on London Road (A6), which is located at DE24 8UX about a 10-15 minute walk from Pride Park Stadium.
There is space for 200 vehicles, and the charge is £5 per car. As you come into Derby you can follow the brown road signs for away supporter parking which will guide you towards the Conference Centre.
Parked here for the pre season friendly, no problems.

Going up on Saturday. Any good suggestions on where to park or pubs to get food?
Would also appreciate any advice about where to park. Cheers.

Best performance i’ve seen from us this season (not saying much I know) and we were the better team (again, not saying much). Defensive mistakes and not taking our chances killing us as usual. They were sh1te but clinical. Lemina, Hoj, Armstrong, Redmond all very good today, would have only had one of their players, Mitrovic for Austin. Like us, they’re going to struggle. Sadly feel the only way we have any chance of switching the momentum is to get rid of Hughes.
-
Probably been said before, but why can’t we give the away fans less than the required allocation rather than more and add block 43 to the home end?
-
Welcome Danny. Looking forward to you banging the goals in.

Great, thanks.

IPTV noob here. I've finally got decent broadband so want to start streaming footy. Bit confused about what's needed. Was thinking I just need a media streaming box or fire tv stick and then subscribe to one of the services mentioned on this thread. Is that right? Where does kodi come in, do I need this too? Does anyone bother with a vpn?
Thanks!
Been googling and still not sure so any help appreciated.

Mo Barrow was decent for Reading last season, see how he goes tonight, could be a cheap Mane replacement.
-
What he said.
Yep, completely agree. Always seemed to have time for the fans, got a great picture of him with my boys (who I expect will be gutted).
-
Mo Barrow at Reading? Ok, so have only seen him play twice last season but he was excellent. Lightning quick, went past people for fun, scared (Championship) defenders sh1tless. Realise it didn't work out for him at Swansea (though they did have that mad Yank while he was there) so would be a gamble but could turn out to be the Mane replacement we need if Promes etc. doesn't happen.

Anyone else see Bertie smile (yes really) yesterday when he was in possession in the corner, thought about it for a second and then launched it into the stands. A beaming smile followed after the ironic cheers. Also noticed he turned round and clapped our corner in the Kingsland and the Chapel as he went off for half time. Hopefully appreciation of the noise rather than a goodbye.
Thought he was excellent and really hope he stays.
If he does here’s hoping someone can come up with a better idea for a song...

Really enjoyed that, atmosphere was great and pretty positive for a change (apart from the d1ck behind me who was slating Boufal at every opportunity). Got there late so missed the Manure goal, so in my mind we won 1-0! Romeu was immense today.
