While the senior pros seem to want RM I just don’t see the point, if he manages to get up promoted in the future he’s already shown he’s too stubborn to change his way of playing and got himself sacked rather than change the style.

This is not the time to go with someone who hasn’t managed before. Let him go back to the U21’s I mean give it 6 months and he might be able to get it in the summer anyway lol

We sign Fellows an Azaz who for past two seasons have scored and assisted for fun in this league. Yet we mange to find a way to not play to their strengths. 0 goals and 0 assists 

Wasn’t there talk in the summer than some Boxing guy called Dragan and wanted to invest. I wonder if it’s time to return the call and have a change of approach and start buying players ready for the league we are in and not just youngsters who may or may not be good enough in a year or two?!

we need someone to be playing off thr striker and have Leo and Fellows playing left and right. 

With 3-4-3 we don’t have anyone running into the box and so when the ball is wide we only have a small forward to aim at.

we didn’t need 3 centre backs today, we should have taken one off and used the someone more centrally in attack
