Ipswich have just re-signed Cajuste from Napoli. He's certainly a premier league level player.
I’m not sure theyve sold other than Delap but they’re surely going to win the league

The endless photo and video taking. People get a coffee they take a photo of it, they get served their dinner, take a photo, nice view take a photo but not of the view of them ruining it by making a stupid face or pose. Fuck off

30m for Broja 😦. You'd think Burnley would have learnt their lesson from last time, but no.
Their recruitment has been poor, particularly compared to what Sunderland have done. Sunderland having a real go at it, which is what you need to do
So are we saying it was good we didn’t sign him for similar fees when everyone was lamblasting the club for letting another one slip through our fingers?

Lyrics wise and one some of might not relate is Man of such great promise. A song by Weller about his mate who commitree suicide from drug addiction. It’s personal to me for a different person and for a different addiction but the same outcome a not very well known song which is if you’ve ever been impacted by that sort of thing you’ll get

Broja to Burnley 25m how far has he fallen think injuries taken toll
From one low league table team on loan to another lower league table team permanently with a couple of lower league table loans in between. So not that far

What a bunch of fannies, Jesus. Let's at least give the club until the end of the transfer window and the manager a decent run of games before we start wetting the bed.
If we don’t beat Wrexham Steel and Spurts will have failed

We've got rid of loads! We're a week away from the start of the season and we haven't exactly set the world on fire with new signings, infact, this summer feels just like last summer in that we haven't brought what's needed, again!
We actually haven’t.
we’ve lost KWP, Lumley and Lallana out of contract, sold TP, Benares and Sulemana and loaned our Larios, who never played anyway that’s it.
We’ve signed 2 got Armstrong, Baz, Edwards and Charles back for loan, Matsuki has moved over so we’re actually net even. I’m not counting Edozie as he’s come back but will leave soon
The problem is we’re over loaded in some positions and weak in others
we all know what we need and we all know we’ll probably lose another 5 or 6 before the season starts which will free up some space. But you can’t sign players before you’ve sold the ones they’re replacing

There was always going to be significant interest in Fernandes and Dibling this summer.
I'm quite relaxed about it, one of the few things that SR have got right is playing hard ball with departures and getting good fees
Let's just hope if we do lose our best players we reinvest well and ultimately that will prove if Spors is good enough

I’d take Chris Waddle.

10 out 6 in
But it makes sense though you can’t just keep adding players, we’ve got 6 off the Books with another 2 going soon, brought 2 in plus the returning loan signings. We have a load of players good enough for championship but not good for the premier league.

The Police wouldnt want hordes of Pompey fans walking to the ground from the Central Station when there are 4 cruise ships in port that day as well as the Boat Show at Mayflower Park.
Presumably there is sufficient room for 50-60 coaches to park up to accommodate the 2,700 Pompey fans?
I wonder if the burger vans who normally park in that area will fancy turning up on the day?I expect the holiday makers on the cruise ship would like nothing more than to see the DEF in action. I expect the reason why there are 4 cruise ships in port thee say is BECAUSE of the chance to see the legendary firm turn loud mouth rivals turn into nervous wrecks cowering and looking for hiding places in the biggest game of hide and seek you’ll ever see.

Our owner is now in a position where he is no longer the boss of a €2.7bn media conglomerate he founded - and has now been forced out. He still holds a minority share holding, but has fallen out with the decision makers, and all the CEOs think the shit will hit the fan creating an "existential threat".
How is that not "a bugger moment"?!
Granted he will have plenty of private wealth. But if you are no longer steering a €2.7bn business you might decide it is safer to scale back your personal spending on Sport Republic.
Let’s remember MLG only understands simulation not real life. It’s not his fault. It’s like a real life version of the Trueman Show

Triggered again Batman? 😂
I would have bet my mortgage on it. For the record, I wasn’t the one who dragged the “far right” reference onto this thread. Still, it’s always worth a laugh to see how you lot get so touchy when called out.
Triggered? Have a look in the mirror sunshine. You’re the one who was so quick to leap into “you hate women” tirade you didn’t actually understand the post. Then to cap it all started banging on Tommy Robinson and Katy Hopkins yet again when people were talking about the celebrations. We should start calling you trigger because not only are you as dense as the OFAH character it takes very little for you to be 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Don't know why there are so many people panicking about the squad right now when it's been obvious for ages it's a pile of 💩 that will be difficult to sort out quickly. Of course Spors as the new guy is going to come in and say he'll sort it - that's just par for the course. I don't think he or Still when he joined would ever have thought 'Oh, we'll be able to shift all these and get in new, better players in a month flat.' like everyone on here seems to expect.
Yep. We’ve got massive squad full of shit players, we’ve had a few come back from loans on top of that so it was pretty obvious before many come were going to have to shift a few. Ramsdale was obviously going to go, they’ve done well shifting Onanchu and Sullemana so early got good money, Edozie will be gone soon and the expected departures of Ramsdale and Fernandes will happens sooner rather than later
We’ve signed two and Edwards and Charles have had good seasons in the championship will be that god awful expression of like new signings.
you can’t just keep adding players to an already huge squad but deals will be lined up as soon as departures are confined
