  1. And they also want this different sport to have equal pay as they do the same job, meanwhile they attract crowds and revenues probably equal to conference level. You dont hear conference league midfielders demanding 200k a week because they do the same job as Delan Rice and if they did they'd be told to stop being such a dick and know their level.
  2. this is what makes me laugh. People quote food and drink like it some cost free money spinner and we're making a fortune on every hot dog sold. These things cost money to buy, store, heat, serve, clean up after, dispose of waste. We dont make 100% profit on every one we sell, some people seem to think if 1000 people spend a fiver each on food, bingo we're up the deal, 5k in the back pocket, by the time you've factored all the costs in i'd be amazed if we even break even.
  3. as great as Ricky was neither of those were hero status goals 1-0 up in a draw and a 4-1 loss
  4. im the coach as well sadly!
  5. good shout, cant believe i left him off

  7. They're not stylish enough to copy me
  8. Still cant be arsed then?
  9. I thought you "couldn't be arsed'? 😂 No you definitely never said it wasnt in the plan to lose money and the plan was to "hope" they come back. 😂 So a plan based on not losing money which is losing money and hope, not such a great plan, which was why you were asked for business reasons as to why it was a good idea. Unfortunately for you this is when the perfectly reasonable question was met with insults and sulks. That's not my fault it's yours.
  10. I never said you did Got it, make a statement, get challenged, dish out a few insults, play the cant be arsed anymore card. Well done.
  11. I think you'll find you did.
  12. Again, that isn't what i said. Struggling with this aren't you. You said the below. we've moved on slightly from hoping more come and have a great day out to adding in it's not in the plan to lose money I'll make it easy for you, give us 3 reasons why it's a good business decision.
  13. The question was can you explain why its a good business decision to let them come if every time you do it you're losing money? After a load of name calling, personal digs and getting all stroppy we've moved on slightly from hoping more come and have a great day out to adding in it's not in the plan to lose money. Great stuff. However neither of which explain why it's a good business decision. Must. Try. Harder
  14. Now you've resorted to claiming i said things i didnt and more name calling. Still no answer though. Desperate.
  15. I dont f***** believe it. Sons match sunday 20 miles away has been moved to an 11.30 kick off. Probably going to get home just as it finishes 🤯
  16. Ah the old misogynist digs come out now you're struggling. No answer and personal digs. Game Set and Match
  17. Just a drop in the ocean to the loss of Premier league revenue. Still at least we can hope they'll come back so we can lose it all again next year
  18. Sorry for your loss sir. Your dad sounds like a top bloke, a proper character Hopefully we can beat them on Sunday to give him a good send off. ❤️
  19. Ah merit , great point - kind of how top level sports works pal. You do know It's not a 6 year olds infants sports day where everyone gets a medal. Or get to play in a tournament and be filled with wonder at playing in a proper stadium. You kind of have to earn it at that level.
  20. can you explain why its a good business decision to let them come if every time you do it you're losing money?
  21. This was your business reason to do it. Even if they're losing money they hope young people enjoy it.
  22. Okay it wasn't ridiculous, it was fucking stupid Another one to add to the collection, like the one about a business reason being to lose money hoping kids have a good day out 😂
  23. No i didn't because i have a life. and your "business point of view" was the club hoping young people enjoy the day out 😂 Here's the rub, hope is not a business reason.
  24. when Saints are getting regular crowds 10% of the capacity then you might have point. Until then you dont.
  25. I assume thats what Arsenal do. They had 3 crowds of over 40k last season and one of of 50k at the Emirates. They also had crowds of less than 4k regularly so i believe they mix it between the Emirates and Meadow Park which makes absolute sense. Just out of interest the average WSL attendance across all clubs last season was 6.8k. Of all teams 10 of the 12 clubs averaged less than 7.5k. Arsenal were highest at 28k almost 3 times bigger than the next club (chelsea), helped by the 4 massive attendances they got with the 50k one seems to be more at that single game than half the WSLs team got in total all season. Even they had a number of attendances below 4k. I was surprised how poor the attendances were given and the huge promotion we've had of womens football the last few years. The pattern seems to be the same for all the top womens clubs, a handful of very big attendances across a season for the one off game with averages outside of that around the 3-4k for all other top clubs, conference level crowds. For the rest barely even Conference South/North levels.
