The Benefits of the Sport Republic Group Model (Split)
Turkish replied to AlexLaw76's topic in The Saints
The benefits of a multi-club model. It also enables us to buy players for well over their market value from other clubs in the group, this will enable them to strengthen their squad, improve their performance and therefore increase the overall value of the group of clubs. The good news keeps coming -

Do Goztepe have any players we can sign for massively inflated fees too? -
we all know how this pans out, With the biggest budget in the league aside from Celtic, he'll implement his philosophy up there being able to buy the best players in the Scottish league where he will have some success and be hailed as one of the best young coaches around. 2 or so years time some hipster premier league chairman buys the hype, appoints him and in a stronger league with lesser players he'll be exposed again.
-
Dont you think it's absolutely incredible and gross incompetence that we went into a premier league season without the correct recruitment set up in place? I know there is this current mantra of give them a chance and to a point i agree but the fact of the matter is how on earth did we get into this situation in the first place?
-
Euell was on mega money for us though at the time in terms of wages plus he had some big loyalty bonus as part of his deal. He was absolute shit for us. John was decent, scored a lot of goals including one in the final game of the season v Sheffield United which we won 3-2 to stay up.
-
Didnt we also signed Wayne Thomas? Burnley wanted 300k, we got him for 1m. i kid you not.
-
The then chairman of the Football league screwed us, he said that if we stayed up we'd get the points deduction this season, if we went down then it would apply next season.
-
yes and it was utterly cringeworthy
-
what is it about this fucking club that sees us attract people running it who think they can reinvent football?
-
are any of the "big clubs" remotely likeable these days? None of them imo, miles ahead of the rest in terms of finances and football is complete rigged for their success, it's all about the Premier League brand, everyone else is cannon fodder for that.

So your previous statements about him trying to kill people and “the cunt needs locking up for sure” were just speculation on your part then?
-
Blood hell, 2 dead, nearly 200 injured and over 400 arrested in Paris celebrating their win!! Bonkers
-
By calling him a cunt it seems you’re making assumptions - not waiting until the trial then?
-
You really don’t do yourself any favours “Wait until the trial before making assumptions” next post “the cunt needs locking up that is for sure” 😂🤦

The problem isnt Guardoila his teams are a joy to watch when on song. The problem is managers who think they’re Guardiola and try and play that way with players no where near good enough. selles copied the inverted full back role for example and as for Russball trying to play like prime Barcelona with Jack fucking Stephens. drop the ego. Do what you can with what you got from where you are.
-
You’re kidding me? The Barcelona team with Ineista, Xavi, Messi were wonderful to watch.
-
PSG so good levels above Milan. Been so good

Tiresome isn’t it. England’s 4th choice right back goes on a free transfer where else in the world does anyone care?
