And midtable in the championship… -
It wasn’t his fault he was signed with an injury it as the fuckwits who thought it was a good idea im sure Ross would love nothing more than to be playing every week, you don’t spend your life climbing the ladder only so you can throw yourself off when you get to the top do you.

he is by the far the most obvious and best candidate we could get. Out of work, good history of working with young players, get promotion and keeps teams up.

https://www.saintsplayers.co.uk/player/david-hughes/ His hopes of contributing to the following season were shattered, in a pre-season friendly at Aldershot, by a knee-injury that forced him to retire a year later. He now went into the building trade, settling down in Hedge End. https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news-archive-1/howells-calls-time/#:~:text=Former Spur David Howells has, year spell at the club. A formal announcement will be made but Howells joins fellow Saint John Beresford in premature retirement.

Just shows what a good job steve Cooper did we should be busting our bollocks to get him
-
Bet they can’t wait!

All we need is Dalek to chirp up and suggest Glen Hoddle and we'd have a full house
-
and Pardew failed to get us promoted despite massive investment. Maybe he should have read it.

Make of that what you will......

Rohl hasn't failed anywhere so would be an unlikely appointment as we like managers who have failed.

Our fans: loyal and positive, or noddy and soft?
Turkish replied to Midfield_General's topic in The Saints
It wouldn't have done any harm either. At least the clowns running us and those supposedly playing for us would have go the message not have morons celebrating an absolute shambles of a season from top to bottom -
More managers than wins this season 😂

Noddy and soft. I cant think of any other clubs whose fans would greet being the worst team ever in their league with a relegation party. The players and owners cant believe their luck that they're with a club whose fans are happy to suck up as much shit as they can give them and keep putting their hands in their pockets. -
Surely not even we can screw this one up.....

Again though there is logic to it. Taylor is an experienced premier league player. He played 150 times in the premier league for Burnley, most of the time in a relegation battle and was available for nothing. It made sense on paper, what doesn't make sense is to never play him. When he signed i thought it was a decent bit of business as he's player who'd been there and done it unlike a lot of the others we brought in. Maybe at 31 now he was way past his best, but we dont know because we barely saw him play. What we do know is those that play in the same position are no where near the level needed either.

Bro is sick, gonna score bare goals in the championship, he will be our top G

Getting a job where he’s responsible for everything but accountable for nothing is some achievement
