I have long believed that UPFs are the root cause of so many of the modern diseases. More and more evidence is coming out that this is the case. It can’t be coincidence that there has been a huge rise in obesity, diabetes, depression, Autism, ADHD, some cancers and other problems at the same as that people diets are made up of an awful lot of this stuff. Call me cynical but they sell you the stuff to make you ill then sell you the pill to fix it. It’s an absolute money spinner, a healthy person isn’t a customer

Paper round, got paid £6, went football training for tyro team then we’d meet up after with other mates and use our paper round money to pay for the bus, get into the ground, a fanzine and some chips from the chippy on Bedford Place. Anthony Joshua is a good example. When he first shot to fame he was the poster boy for British boxing, most people loved him and he got hugely hyped up. After a while it became pretty apparent he was not as good as everyone made out and a bit of a knob, so his popularity took a dip. As you say, colour isn't the problem, it was him.
