  1. Hotel rooms that don’t have irons. Surely a basic requirement
  2. Being a Reform area I suspect the Romney Marsh Mandem will be glowing in their praise
  3. How about Will Still? What’s your view on him?
  4. I think you’ll find some people called all of them 👼
  5. What’s your thoughts on Will Still?
  6. Bro will score bare goals ⚽️⚽️⚽️👩‍🍳🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳
  7. You know how thick people are though. They use the medicine to carry on eating and drink whatever shit they want and then demand more and more of the medicine. It’s the perfect story for the food and pharma industry. Sell their shit to thick lazy people and then sell them more shit to fix the issue. we all know how this work, food industry full of people trying to find the perfect combination of taste and texture to keep people coming back, meanwhile the pharma industry will develop “cures” where people need more and more of it. The only winners are those who profit from it.
  8. now entering a golden age of anti obesity drugs apparently so they sell you the foods to make you fat then sell you the drugs to help you lose it almost like it was planned all along https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/2054678/obesity-drugs-nhs-weight-loss
  9. Weirdly although i was only 8 at the time i remember this clearly and came at a very bleak month for English football. Seeing it on the TV with the fire and remember them interviewing a man on TV with him Saying "this was meant to be a day of celebration". I now live fairly close to Bradford and have friends who are Bradford fans plus my friends son was a player at Bradford until fairly recently. You can see from the footage now that most of the people in the stand appear to have escaped onto the pitch it was those that were trapped underneath that died. Truly tragic event, the same day Leeds and Birmingham fans rioted at St Andrews and a 14 year old Leeds fan was killed under a collapsing wall. Then a few weeks later came Hysel, again the images of fans running riot is something i vividly remember. Over 100 football related deaths inside stadiums in the space of a month. I know quite a lot of people look back on those times with rose tinted glasses the sheer amount of deaths and injuries in that period not just to the fans behaviour but safety standards and policing meant things had to change. It's just incredible it took Hillsborough to make it happen
  10. Remember what happened last time we took a Sunderland player....
  11. Man United currently favourites to sign Liam Delap, shows how far they’ve fallen
  12. Match week 37 in the English Premier soccerball league. One of only two ties remaining in this years series. come on Southampton Saints ruin the final tie ever at Everton’s goodison arena. let’s cook!
  13. very short sighted when hiring managers too
  14. A completely pointless signing wasn't he. Didn't even play much when he was fit.
  15. as a pupil of saintsweb you should be used to the (vitreous) humor
  16. an appointment that could show great vision.
  17. Congratulations on this. Im sure a club have some geek in a black box or similar capable of working out players heights but if you can make a few quid out of it good on you, great story too bro.
  18. You've come to the right place Bruv, quite a few on here are obsessed with the Top G. Vote Bruv
  19. I expect people will be crawling over themselves to hand you some cash to tell them what the average height of their team is now compared to 18 months time, seems like a decent earner that. Have you put it to Rasmus? Sort of thing he'll love👍
  20. That'll be an exciting period of your life.
  21. They are the exception though aren't they. Cannavaro wasn't brilliant because he was small, he was brilliant despite being small, same for the others you mention, You're talking about some of the best players of all time on your list not the sort of players Saints will be in the market for so you've beaten your own point. If you could list whos who of very good, short championship level centre backs then you might be onto something, You dont want players too tall as they usually cant move, see Vestergaard - but centre backs in the English league these days are usually over 6 foot tall, there is a reason for that and it isn't because we're missing out on a market of short players who are all world class.
  22. Can’t we sell a couple of players for our French nd turkish cousins for vastly inflated fees so we comply? It wouldn’t exactly be something theyve never done before 🤔
  23. Kind of where I am on Still. I started to take him seriously after listening to his podcast about 6 months ago. He speaks very, very well talks sense seems very grounded and despite the football manager jibes he’s got loads of years experience in coaching, analysis and management working his way up from a bankrupt lower league Belgian team right up to the French top division. He could be a very good appointment but not right now, we need someone to get a grip on things, we’ve been a struggling club for years now, keeping our heads over the water for years before eventually, inevitably going down. We don’t need a yes man or an SR puppet with a philosophy and all that bollocks, we need a leader in the dugout who can build and organise a team. It might be Will Still but I think now might be the wrong time
