  1. Wrist banded ball boy Bully?
  2. Quick or Jonno Quick?
  3. Just another coincidence mate. Like when I was in Brussels when news broke about Will Still joining. Like the stuff about Ramsdale, like all the stuff from the last few windows. this time I just happened to be in Copenhagen during the players summer break, and thou and behold a few weeks later we just happen to sign a player from Copenhagen. Just another in a series of amazing coincidences too bad the ungrateful tossers have ruined the CoTs information sharing for everyone, it could have been different
  4. Hope it does he’ll be a Tsar for us
  5. his chairman needs to stop Stalin and get the deal done
  6. It’s a struggle to think of a worse one. I can’t think of anything he does particularly well. I know he was playing in an awful team but even this season he has looked just as bad. Shame as you see as appears a good guy but awful player
  7. As a wise man once said beware of false prophets
  8. And we let BBD go on loan, is he shit? oh wait
  9. Good he’s shit
  10. Just saying https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/25409276.southampton-sign-full-back-mads-roerslev-brentford/#
  11. So, has he signed yet?
  12. everything else points to player wanting move but club blocking it, i suspect this is a response from the club trying to shift the blame to the player
  13. I wont believe we're even interested until Sad Old Git starts a thread on it
  14. If only we had some dopey yank bird on the board to make a twitter video
  15. Kabores wooooo wooooooh He comes from Burkina Faso hes gonna cook bro
  16. they stumped up 40m for Archie Gray in similar circumstances.
  17. Location? Hes been playing for Brentford for the last 3 years. I didn't realise how old he was, 36 next month. Im all for experience but this might be a stretch.
  18. He is . Fabrizo Romano reporting it’s some deal now. Eze choosing Arsenal. Great move for him and them
  19. Not actually what he said and often misquoted so it’s become a myth he said Redmond was the new Henry. What he said was Redmond could do what Thiery Henry did and convert from a winger to a striker and was able to cut in from the right curling finish like Henry did, he said they had similar qualities in this respect. He never said he was the new Henry people made out he did and repeated over and over again
  20. FACT CHECK we won 12 home games in Puels season in charge, including wins over Inter Milan and Liverpool.
  21. Exactly. Was it Sunderland we won 4-0, we played some great stuff at times. But with Stephens and Yoshida as his centre backs he had no choice but to be more pragmatic second half of the season
  22. The Article says Butler posted a picture of himself at the event on social media, standing directly behind Jenrick with the caption: “At the Bell Hotel riding shotgun for Robert Jenrick, pretender to the Tory party leadership.” So he took a selfie with Jenrick in the background and posted it on social media making it out to be something it wasn't. As usual in your rush to report how nasty the Tories are you've fucked up again and made a tit of yourself
  23. okay pal
  24. Puel lost Mane and Pelle who scored over 30 goals between them and were replaced by Boufal, Redmond and Austin. Wanyama at the time was probably one of the best CDMs in the premier league, he was sold and replaced by a young Hojberg and then in January Fonte was sold and Van Dijk injured replaced by Stephens in his first season and Yoshida. We went from having one of the strongest spines and attacks in the Premier league to one of the worst in 6 months. This is my point the hand he got, he lost 5 of the best players not just in the team but in the league within a few months and their replacements were so poor. A lot of criticism aimed at Puel was around our Europa league exit and yes we underperformed but funny how Koeman doesn't get the same criticism for our pathetic performances against Midthylland or however it's spelt. As you say he is the marker for where things went down but i dont think you can give Puel too much of the blame given the circumstances he walked into.
