i worked in Whitely many years ago, there were quite a few there. One was alright but most of them lived up to the usual profile. Full of bollocks, always on about how they were a bigger club, better fans, more trophies, everyone in Portsmouth was double hard etc.

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?

Fucking laughable. Labour have no choice, Tories just do it because theyre cunts. Exactly my point. I rest my case. Thanks for proving it. -
The departure lounge at Copenhagen airport was VERY interesting earlier. Been a busy few days here that's for sure. Some of you MIGHT want to keep an eye of flight tracker over the next few weeks. Some dotting the i's and crossing the t's but something is cooking. Stockholm next week. There will be a few false prophets over the next few weeks who are wide of the mark, beware of false prophets. That's all i can say for now. Loose lips sink ships. But as a clue Jeremiah 11 v 16

That’s what I mean at least £5 that’s for a shit beer in a shit pub anything decent is £6.50 upwardS
-
Yep you have to get a large one, but looking at £12 minimum for anything half decent

It so expensive to go for a drink now. If we got out with our friends for a drink you’re looking at not much change out of £40 for a couple of pints and two glasses of wine. Out for a pint with mates isn’t as bad but most places a where I live are charging at least £5 a pint, still bloody extortionate but then given the overheads no wonder

What bit of what he said isn’t true though? He’s got a point. That generally is the reaction. Tories scrap benefits scum who only look after their mates. Labour do it, well they must have worked it out and most pensioners don’t need it anyway. -
Dont you believe that nasty right wing media. Anyway Keir and the girls really care about all of us, lovely people who do it all for each and every person in this country.

Interesting to see the lack of support from corporate for pride month. Given they were so behind the cause its strange how quickly the support has dried up https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/pride-month-corporations-rainbow-logos-b2766747.html

Wales 3-3 with Belgium after being 3-0 down great game but ruined by the woman commentator who has said “the red wall” about 50 times

Probably nobody. All the good posters have left and you can see why! -

Last year of his contract I suspect we’ll settle for about £6m which’ll be about a third of what we paid for him

Youd though signing Carrillo for a record fee then sacking the manager who wanted him was as bad as it could be but this was something else

I’ve tried about 20 times with this and come up with a different team every time. The constant features are Buffon Maldini Iniesta Messi depending on the formation it was R9 + Van Basten up front If it was my personal favourite players ie maybe not the best players but ones I’ve liked over time Franceso Totti would be in there too, Pirlo, Ibrahimovic. Berkamp probably, Modric, Bale So hard to pick one team

Chelsea signing Jamie Gittens from Dortmund reminded me of our own big money signing John Gittens back in the late 80s. IIRC the fee was about £500k which was a bit wedge of money back then. The problem was a couple of years before we’d sold him for £50k and when he came back for 10 times more he wasn’t much better and didn’t play much this time round either

I had to laugh at the commentator at the end saying England need to be playing better opposition, surely if you’re going to chose a competitive match at the end of the season you’d want to play a ski resort
-
Yeah about that…..
