If we dont go up they'll be playing a lot more next year you'd think.

what's weird is why you persist with this self righteous claptrap on here when everyone knows that when you had the chance practice what you preach you quickly sold out when it meant doing the right thing might be a bit uncomfortable for you for a short period. Laughable. Very definition of a keyboard warrior.
-
Aintforvers self righteousness is particularly laughable given when he had the chance to actually do something about racism away from a football forum he shat himself and put his career first. bit like how Sog claimed he can’t be racist as he’s got a Muslim barber and a mixed race bar maid. Kind of sums it up really.

This is kind of it really. The faux outrage from the same old people becomes tiresome. Constantly being upset about things you can do nothing about and have zero impact on is utterly futile. Perhaps why some people are so frigging miserable all the time. I've been accused of having an im alright Jack attitude by some but really that's all you can do, make sure you're bit of the world is okay and not let external factors you have zero control over worry you. We'd all love everyone to be friends and live in peace, it always be twenty five degrees and sunny, everyone to live in relative wealth and comfort but the world has never been like it and never will no matter how much you show how much you care about it all on a football forum. “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

that's the thing isn't it. £10k a week on a 4 year deal makes you a millionaire before you're 20. Realistically you're going to take it, even if you get a career ending injury you're still a millionaire. You'll still get a decent second contract at another club if you dont make it at Chelsea like many others do.

hopefully we can get a few birds as fit as the hotties in that video.

that would be an issue yes, in the same way that the UK song was a pop version of No Surrender to the IRA, but you're probably too thick to understand why.
-
im buzzing for it. We should all wear red t-shirts with 1885 printed on them. @Pat from Poole can be our guy on the mic leading the chants. It'd be great to having him leading a saints version of "i believe that we will win" with clapping like demented seals over the top. #bantz

for anyone who is interested here are the original lyrics, make up your own mind if it even remotely claims that an Isreali child life is more important that a Gaza kid as SOG is trying to make out. Writers of the history Stand with me Look into my eyes and see People go away but never say goodbye Someone stole the moon tonight Took my light Everything is black and white Who’s the fool who told you Boys don’t cry Hours and hours and flowers Life is no game for the cowards Why does time go wild Every day I’m loosing my mind Holding on in this mysterious ride Dancing in the storm We got nothing to hide Take me home And leave the world behind And I promise you that never again I’m still wet from this october rain October Rain Living in a fantasy Ecstasy Everything’s meant to be We shall pass but love will never die Hours and hours and flowers Life is no game for the cowards Why does time go wild Every day I’m loosing my mind Holding on in this mysterious ride Dancing in the storm We got nothing to hide Take me home And leave the world behind And I promise you that never again I’m still wet from this october rain October Rain October Rain לא נשאר אוויר לנשום אין מקום אין אותי מיום ליום כולם ילדים טובים אחד אחד (There’s no air left to breathe There’s no space I’m gone day by day Everyone is good kids one by one)

it's implies nothing of the sort apart from in your warped mind of course.

could see him going to a German club and why wouldn't you? A lot of English players seem to do very well in that league, plus he'd get a champions league club so get that every season too. I know a lot of the premier league consumers on here will sneer at the German league but it's a good one to be in, plus a strong league with two championship semi finalists and a Europa league finalist this season

Great post. I'd like to see the team and formation revealed at these press conference and deep dive into what Russell and the boys have been working on in training to counter WBA threats and push our own. Missed opportunity to engage with fans me thinks.
-
we beat Norwich in the JPT. Way, way back we beat Millwall in the cup mid 80s. I think we lost away at Bolton early 00s on pens. So probably about a 50/50 record

No lambert? Wow
-
Yep the ones that haven’t ever practiced them would be my choice

Romeu wanted to go back to Spain pal. I know as fans we think the club should force players to stay because they're under contract etc but he had a new kid and wanted to go home, the club did right by him, he was replaced by Lavia which was a good signing. Of all the sticks to beat the club with this isn't one of them.

Practise is completely pointless, i've got a BTEC in home economics and my teacher told me that you can just walk up to the oven and make a brilliant spaghetti carbonara the first time you do it, it's a piece of piss.

a late equaliser which takes us to penalties which we inevitably lose?
-
its also absolutely hideous

roads round there are fine. We went there last summer, spent time on Lake Garda, Verona, Venice and Padova, used public transport mainly but you wont have any problems there.
-
I hired one in Puglia a few years ago, it was fine to be fair although the biggest city we went to was Lecce which wasn't that big, i wouldn't fancy doing it in the big cities. As Sheaf says you need to be assertive and just pull out into any gap otherwsie you'll sit there for ages, also parking is weird as they seem to dump their cars in any gap there doesn't seem to be any set parking spaces, although that might be a thing in Pulgia as it's quite rural. I dont remember a fiscal code but be careful and only use a reputable company as there are quite a few scam merchants in Italy would will screw you over heard some horror stories of people being charged thousands there for scratches and marks that were already on there but they hadnt checked the documents properly. Where you heading? IMO the best country to visit in the world.

That’s amusing as @The Kraken can confirm there is a school of thought that the Man United job is one of the easiest around and even Alan Pardew would win the league there.
