Quite pretty but would be better without that "cheesy grin" of a grille. Deep down though, you know it's just another boring Eurobox like we all drive.
I agree. Very pretty.

I always assumed you were too old for grandchildren. I assumed you'd be getting onto the 'greats'.
Congrats.

Southampton City Forum?

True, regardless of how unsustainable they may have been though, it's well and truly f**ked their promotion chances, totally undermining the work they have been doing.
I'd far rather enter administration whilst in the automatic or play-off places than while in mid-table or relegation spots.
If anything, it makes all the work they've been doing on the pich all the more worthwile.

Wigley with Redknapp as his wingman.

I've been to quite a few Swansea games this season, and I can tell you there's nothing more embarrasing than hearing the away fans singing sheep ****ger. Seriously, its more original so sing about Cardiff than sheep....and they get it just about every match. They don't care, and it's very small time.
I am quite fond of "You're welsh and you know you are" though. Brilliant.

SRS is too cool for sleep. Unfortunately, I'll never be like him.
On that note, I'm off to bed. I'll probably wake up at about 1PM, watch Neighbours and Murder She Wrote in bed, before heading to my only lecture of the day at 4 O'clock although I might just miss it if it's raining. After that, I'll probably hit the town in some form of fancy dress - I'm thinking something cool like pub golfers - before coming back on here in the evening to see if Stu has given me any handy tips on how to improve my life.*
Night all xxx

Genuine question; Do you think the internet, and the sudden availability of (and demand for) more and more information, has ruined football to some extent?
There was a time when we'd all trundle along on a Saturday, meet up with mates, drink beer, cheer the lads, dissect the game and tactics in the pub, grab a curry and go home. We'd then read the Pink, the NOTW/Times back page on Sunday and the daily of choice on a Monday, agreeing and disagreeing with the journalists (who'd clearly gone home at half-time) where applicable. And that was it.
Maybe we'd chat about the previous or the upcoming match in the pub during the week but not to the level of dissection we see nowadays.
Now, with every aspect of the club under the microscope, things that wouldn't bother us before (which picture is up in what room) are suddenly contentious topics of heavy debate. Step back and think... Seriously, who cares about things like that? Which picture is up in the canteen is not going to affect the quality of the football on the pitch.
In the "good old days" we didn't know the team until nigh on kick-off and we certainly didn't have access to the team sheets, the wages of the admin staff and the ins and outs of the shirt contract.
Some would say that the internet has opened up the world to scrutiny, and in many ways that scrutiny is good and right, but sometimes I can't help but feel that ignorance really was bliss.
Just out of interest, what pictures are up in the canteen? Were any of them Rupert's choice? To be honest, if I were someone like DMG and I saw a nude picture of Rupert in the canteen 5 minutes before KO *I think I would be slightly put off and perhaps not perform quite so well on the pitch. **
* I'm am not saying there is definately a nude picture of Rupert in the canteen. Equally I'm not saying there definately isn't.
** This leads me to the conclusion, that there is almost certainly a nude picture of Rupert in the canteen

62 miles on the train from Weymouth.
It's a lovely journey by car but by train it's a nightmare.
Is it really that far? Oooh well I voted the wrong option on the poll. I must be a better fan than I first thought.

Brilliant thread = rinahteil bl trad
Most of them make no sense

Reading this thread has made me realise what a lottery this league really is. I mean, I know it's tight but I can't believe nobody has really bought this subject up before. We should have had a thread at the start of the season highlighting who's in and out of the relegation battle on a week to week basis. It would have been interesting to see just how quickly things can change. I can just imagine it now....this week "Oooooh we'll survie", next week "sh!t we're doomed", the week after "blimey this is close" etc.
Could I suggest that the mods make this a sticky so we can follow Saints and other fellow strugglers problems from now on?

I don't think this is possible. I always thought that it had to be three different teams, but I could be wrong. Can somebody confirm this? If it is true, could Charlton fill all three places? It might be worth looking into?
lol, please tell me this is a joke, right? He's winding you up mate lol.

As witnessed at FC Copenhagen....
We're not getting the fans guys, so let's draw them in... (pun)
The guy in White above Given's head is just staring at the woman in blue's breasts. Coooooool
Master Bates probably has a hard on.

AFoM and Dog are the same person.

Sorry, going off on a very big tangent...
I know they're in a very different situation to us, but has anyone seen what's happening to Weymouth at the moment? It's very sad to see a club like that going down the pan, as I've always had a soft spot for them(seen Saints there a few times during pre-season) and thought it wouldn't be long before they get up into the football league. Unfortunately they let men get involved with their club who should have had nothing to do with football (sound familiar?)
Could you imagine our OS putting out desperate pleas to save our Saints should we ever sink so low, like this?: http://www.theterras.co.uk/
One thing I did notice on their website though is that appearently they contacted a number of Premiership and Championship sides to see if anyone can help them out by having bucket collections or what not around the ground. Does anyone know if Saints were contacted?
Sorry again to hijack the thread, but thought it needed a mention. Could some kind soul perhaps post a thread in the Lounge about it, if it's not allowed here?
Very sad. I bet all Weymouth fans are rallying around together though!

****ing blue skate ****.

Will it still be called the EPL when Swansea get promoted?

woof woof!
This thread is confusing me. It's like people are speaking in riddles or something?

In a formation similar to this:

Hang on a sec I thought this was yesterday?

I nearly pulled last night when I drunkenly fell over a stool in a club. I say pulled, but what really happened was the girl laughed and pointed at me and then unconvincingly asked me if I was alright. It's the closest thing to female contact I've had for months.

Do we really need 48 hours to decide that KD just pipped McGoldrick to Man of the Match after every game?
-
That's the worst fake I've ever seen. I guarentee that's not it.
WTF ...... Blue ?
in The Saints
Posted
WTF?! This is almost as outrageous as the time one of the the spots in the Flybe logo got dangerously close to blue.
It still angers me. LOWE OUT!
