Anyone used this app before? Is it worth getting? From what I can tell, it appears to be free but are there any hidden costs involved (i.e. does it add to your monthly sky bill or charge you for every programme you record)?
Also, does it actually work?

Colchester at home earlier this season. We never actually went behind but they had some good periods of the game and we were on the back foot for a good 10 minutes mid-way through the second half. We managed to hold on though for an impressive 0-0 draw after regaining our composure in the last 15 minutes or so.

What have our fans done to upset Ryan Dickson so much after such a great result?
-
Don't forget the Paul Allen rumours!

Saints 1 - 0 Ipswich
A couple of years ago in the Championship. Remember Saints scoring in the 1st minute. Incredible game.

how big is that crowd for a college football team though! just mental.
The Swansea v Cardiff University rugby match was played at the Millenium stadium yesterday.

The should be re-named Leyton MOREient.

I think we'll win the 3 games in hand and lose the other 7.

I heard it was Rupert Lowe. He came to Charlton tonight for round 2.

Would be nice if one of those Posh yellow cards turned red.
What's so posh about them? Are they laminated or something?

Anyone know what the attendance is likely to be? I want to go but don't want to make the journey if it's a full house.

I'd never knock Comic Relief and I'm really pleased that they raised £74M. However, the fact that people in the UK spend more than £100M EACH AND EVERY WEEK on lottery tickets puts the £74M raised in to a bit of perspective. The good old British public are still, in general, far more interested in getting fabulously rich over night than helping out their fellow human being.
Really? Surely not many people could afford that many tickets every week could they? Althought I suppose if you won it every week (which you'd have a good chance of doing with that many tickets), it'd be possible.

Has anyone said we will win 2-0 yet? That'd be really funny if someone said that on the build up thread but after we've actually played.

Happy enough with the sponsorship deal, gutted about the shirt. The only red in it is the bloody logo!!
Has anyone seen the away shirt yet?
Agree, really glad we've got a nice local company to sponsor us actually, but that new kit would look tacky in my sunday league, let alone League 1/Championship.

That was good, wasn't it?

There is nothing witty or funny about deppo.
I beg to differ. Here are some of Deppo's most recent posts before the ban, along with sonme of the reactions he got for them:
I'd prefer someone who would run.And the responses to that:
LOL - you are on form tonight bud.Last ever post by the legend before his banHurry back!
Seems quiet round here already. And another post on the same thread:
The thing I have for him is getting bigger and harder.A response:
pmslBut lets not go thinking he's a 1 thread wonder. Here are some other gems and their responses (and I'd just like to remind you I'm not looking very hard for these):
That was me. I'm going to dress up even more flamboyantly for the next game and sit next to you. There were no "LOL"'s or "LMAO"s in response to the above thread, but there were numerous posts going along with the joke.
alpine saint made that EXACT post last week. Word for word. The response:
Here's a range of responses to Deppo by various people on the hunger strike thread:
Great initiative....
Free the Saints' Web Two!
Hahaha.... Brilliant stuffI accidentally eat wotsits all the time. It's not easy I know.Still makes me lol.
seriously funny thread Deppo.what a great thread you go deppo, lolHere's some more Deppo posts:
He should have just said "Why have you got a pair of man's boll*cks painted on your face?"In response;
Lol. Just, Lol.This thread literally only looked back at Deppo's most recent posts on record. I'm sure that if I kept going back I would see a similar pattern emerging in that almost everyone likes Deppo. In fact, I challenge you to find any other poster who gets similar glowing reports from their fellow posters. Go on, I challenge you!
Have you ever considered the fact that maybe Deppo is funny and that you're...well...not?
This forum is a duller place without him.

I told you it would be good for Saints! That's exactly what I told you all!

Plymouth v Saints back in 2006 was one of the most never-racking and frustrating derby matches I've watched for a long time. Wotton played for them and played an absolute blinder scoring a penalty in the last couple of minutes to win it 2-1 for them.
-
I can see it kicking off tomorrow !
So you've got a ticket then? I bet there'll be a few throw ins too.

Hmmm.....I'm on to you...

I hope Deppo gets really hungry! LOL

Already exists i'm afraid. Some of the supermarkets have it on their dispensers - Tesco at Horsham for example. You can choose max price £ or by max litre dispensed.
Takes an absolute age to fill the last £1 worth tho.
On a related subject, has anyone invented Corn Flakes yet?

I'm a bit of a cheapskate when it comes to apps but on my phone I've got sky+ record (which as you said on the other thread is bloody good!), google sky map (which is also pretty nifty if you've got any interest in astronomy), RunKeeper (basically works as GPS and can map out where you've run/cycled etc. tell you how far you've been and time you. It's good but a bit tempremental at times), Convert pad (I used this at work a few times - very handy if you ever need to convert things between different units of measurment). Everything else I've got is games - Angry Birds (good), Bebbled (good), CopyCat (OK), CrazySnowboard (OK).
