It is strange. Doesn't matter who we play against, every time they attack it looks like it'll be a goal or good chance. Is confidence still shot from the 9 nil? Are Benarek and Vest. no longer a good pairing? We need someone to take the lead back there and organise things. None are natural leaders.

I just keep thinking of that Wolves game the other night. They had City at 1-1 with 10 mins to go and ended up being thrashed 4-1. And Wolves are a better team than us. At least we aren't hanging on false hope

Game is as expected. Top team has the most possession, chances etc. And goals. We've put in a good effort and scored but you've got to be realistic. Their budget is ginormous. Ours is pocket money in comparison. Hopefully they'll ease off second half with a lot of games coming up.

Tactics today are putting Mccarthy under intense pressure. Not fair really.

No over-reactions here. They are a top team who can score at will against anyone when in the mood. Just look what they did to wolves a few games ago.

Looks like Ralph has done his usual attempt at doing something so far out that nobody understands(in terms of formation) in the hopes it is accidental genius. Unfortunately not many of those have worked out so far. But let's see how we line-up.
