Last year, same thing Bertie was pulling his arms behind him and the ball struck his arm after being hit from a few yards away, ~10 mins later Wolves player (Dendonker I think) controlled the ball with his arm. Penalty given against Saints but not Wolves. AM I going crazy or did they change the laws to allow you to control the ball with your forearm?
