I'm thinking theres a bit of a love hate thing going on here.

It's gonna be a toss up between you, delldays and Deppo. I think you and delldays may split the right wing vote and I reckon deppo could be in trouble as he has a lot of enemies.

No problem, but without me in the poll you know it's got no appeal. Characters make these things interesting and the candidates thus far are rather lacking in the personality department.

But in a fair poll where you voted for your favourite poster (1 user 1 vote) I could count on my core support (my fan club) wheras other entrants don't have that support because they're very dull.

If lefties view me as a **** then good, i'm pleased about that. It shows that i'm saying the right things.

You know very well i'd have entered if it was a fair system i.e 1 vote for your favourite poster and no multi poll. I didn't expect to win, but if it had done fairly I would not have finnished bottom.

We can't even trust the 0.5% retraction to be accurate. I expect that when the figure is revised it'll show a small amount of growth despite the weather.

The problem with Royal Mail is the pension fund black hole. As of 31 March last year there was an actuarial deficit of £10.3bn. Did Gordon Brown raid this fund like he did all the other pension funds?

These people need a hand up, not a hand out. Socialism treats the sympton, Capitalism treats the cause. It's like giving a charitable donation to third world African country, it has no lasting benefit - what these people need is a sustainable future and that can only be achieved through capitalism. Most African countries tried Marxism post independence and they've learnt the hard way that it doesn't work. Now countries such as Mozambique have become Capitalist and they're seeing foreign investors coming in and creating employment and this snowballs and raises living standards.

Which is a good thing. It all boils down to whether you like a nanny state with high taxes, or you like freedom and low taxes. Clearly you prefer a big brother Labour society, but I guess this is all you've ever known.
