Depends how much they put aside for the stadium expansion I think the question should be do we go for cheaper high wage players (hargreaves is free) or expensive lower wage ones? Personally I'd like to see more of the latter.

If anyone can keep him fit it'll be NA.

Hargreaves would be a interesting one if he could stay injury free. Would work very hard, retain the ball and give us that extra in defensive when needed. High wages I'd imagine which may upset the the others but still be worth a punt if we could get him for free. Quality player
