Yeah maybe, but would it not make financial sense, in the long run, to buy prem quality players now instead of players capable of getting us there, and (possibly) not be good enough to compete and keep us there?

Why do we need players capable of playing in the prem?

Despite the good start to the season, I think we've got to be realistic here. The Championship is a step up from League 1 and we need to concentrate all season, and will play some very good teams. Or that reason, I'd personally be relatively happy to finish anywhere in the top 2.....
