Says they accept Paypal, isnt that some kind of guarantee because of their resolution centre or am i clutching at straws?

Any ideas how i check a sites authenticity? the site in question is http://www.uggs-shop.com/ seems very cheap to me! The the wife and the eldest daughter want new Uggs and this site looks almost affordable, just dont want to be scammed!

Did it myself in the end, hard to comprehend but boy was it worth it! phone now twice as fast now all the Orange rubbish is gone, Android 2.1 on a nice handset for less than £80!

broken lcd and if i register sim with orange it gets sorted quicker, however i was using a giffgaff sim at the time, hence not knowing the number for the orange sim! (i did say dont ask!)

Sorry to be a pain but if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, i need the phone number for a sim card (dont ask!) Its an Orange 3g sim and the number on the back is 8944122400031726264 how di i glean the phone number from this?

With it being 2010 and all youd think theyd add the mms and internet settings to the sim card or automatically update settings over the air? or is that too obvious. Grrrrr Glad you got there saintwiz!

should be able to google the settings.

Need to get the operator settings texted to your phone by Orange or go to the Orange shop, get the settings and input them manually... simples (-;

I couldnt find one for my 5800, certainly not on Ovi, gave up and bought a Droid, theres a good one in the Android Marketplace!

Phoned just about every phone shop in Southampton, all a bunch of wusses scared of bricking my phone, even though i said i would take the responsibility and sign a waiver! grrrrrr

Rooting is gaining root access to the phone (since Android is built on Linux), and taking advantage of the benefits this provides. Got an Orange San Francisco, unlocked it for GiffGaff (easy) ported phone number (easy) now just need to get rid of all the Qrange rubbish! theres a guide and custom rom over on Modaco but it looks beyond my (extremely limited) capabilities! Anyone know of somewhere i can get this done? tried UR Mobile and thats the place where the mobile shop by Asda take theirs and they dont have much of a clue as the San Fran is quite new :-(
