  1. Tokes come on now, its only high jinks and much merry.
  2. Yes I am the leader of the fencepost Union.
  3. Tokyo, I thought you were the court jester on here bouncing of jibes with your Bro Bearsy? What is wrong my child? Has your mojo gone?
  4. The wall was a security fence in Torquay, Victoria for a music event.
  5. You have simply copied Halo, what do you believe in? I am an astronaut by the way. You appear to dislike the Unions because you can not get a train on a Boxing Day, you must be worth a bit more than that.
  6. Hedge End? It surely has to be in the running for the most boring spread out place without culture on the planet, Hampshire does well and **** boring towns, Havant, Gosport, Fareham, Eastleigh, Farnborough, Fleet, Basingstoke and others.
  7. Did Arthur put his miners lamp down a hole Tokyo did not want? This sheds some light on it, pardon the pun.
  8. The Island of thick blood is no architectural jewel either, you have made more of an effort granted but your inbred friends in Copnor, Somerstown and Fratton bring it back to a scene from the walking dead.
  9. This is not a competition to which is the better City as there simply is no comparison, if you guys are on an average wage here the standard of living is far higher than Southampton, the issue is for our councillors to make it a more attractive place for visitors and residents alike.
  10. Wrong question Tokyo, its what I believe and practice, I could tell you whatever on the internet and you could either believe me or not, its better to say what you believe in and go from there, I believe in the principle of the Union, you appear not to, that about right?
  11. I agree with this but the practices came out of principle to defend a job, no more silly than today's health and safety executive.
  12. You are not aware and yet comment on what Unions do to you only and not their members, thats not very clever is it? If you believe in a free market then this is what comes with it. Quote me when and when Crow said there was never a time when a fair wage was struck? I also said above Unions 1st priority was and always will be terms and conditions, Tokyo give up, what has my mock wind up Japanese digs at their supreme being the Emperor is a living God and the massacres they still deny to this day have to do with anything, you are a belter. I suggest a move back to Tokyo where you can travel happily on Boxing Day, they travel on Boxing Day there as they dont have a clue what Boxing Day is. Oh dear, must try harder Margaret.
  13. I would move back down tomorrow but not to Southampton, back next weekend for Dads birthday and really looking forward to it as I always do, its about jobs and money as usual, if you get paid a London wage here and live in a nice area what can Southampton City offer, thats what bites me as I would love to say it has this that and the other but it plainly does not when it should do, the Island dwellers are ahead of us on that and that does not bite it hurts. Curdridge, Bishops Waltham, and Curbridge are parts I would look at for sure.
  14. No Sour Mash has been dealt with, that beaut was for you.
  15. Not only is your post incorrect its not helpful.
  16. You obviously do not understand the concept of a strike, you calling me a troll is a desperate attempt to justify your position, I said why dont you work Boxing Day in reference to this discussion of services or lack of them here and you bring up working in Tokyo as an example, poor show from a weak position and no I am not a wum, simply someone hammering you in this debate. Where is Beersy he is better at this than you.
  17. I once held up a wall on Christmas day for a job, now I dont know what you having to work on Christmas day in Japan has anything to do with me or the discussion but hey ho, and yes I have worked in London and relied on it, I can only assume or I hope it is your selfish agenda at being inconvenienced as opposed to the right of the worker to withhold their labour as they are legally allowed to do.
  18. You think I dont go to London? As I said maybe you should work on Boxing Day? I have always supported the right to strike action and always will, dont confuse that with me supporting every strike as I dont. Getting around a table and talking is always the best measure, owners of medium companies in the most part hate Unions and collective bargaining (see them as a threat to their gains larger companies actually value them) and people not in Unions (usually) getting shafted are simply jealous of the benefits they enjoy, strength through unity.
  19. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-merseyside-26543962 Hopefully now this will get Southampton's arse in to gear and actually provide a City thats inviting for visitors to stay in and spend money, I hope the cruises still continue to use the City but as long as people only use it as a gateway then the City will continue to lose out. What really boils my **** is that it has be a cartel for so long what have they given back to the City in terms of things for visitors to do and visit there? Its only geograpical for them being there, so if people want more they will go elsewhere, Liverpool is only two hours from London if they want to leave straight away, one hour from the Lakes and 3 from Edinburgh so its not out of the way at all. Get your arse into gear Southampton or a lot of people will be losing out.
  20. £100 Million in the Premier League and trying to attain that on players and infrastruture over a 4 years period is chicken feed, especially as we are supposed to be trying to overtake teams that are spending far far more for the Champions League positions, thats still on the table right?
  21. Maybe you should.
  22. Top post give that man a beer.
  23. I think you're talking crap.
  24. You're saying there can be only opinions on impact, I am telling you there are laws in place that can not all of a sudden empty a station of staff, fact not opinion.
