  1. To continue that path or proceed we shall need an awful lot of investment, did they say that? If so I missed it.
  2. What path is that exactly?
  3. As I said its down to interpretation, was that tackle careless enough to warrant that? Should every challenge now if a player gets injured afterwards be a red card? The referee thought it didn't, formers players didn'y and yet the Saints forum think it did, there is a shocker.
  4. No, it was a joke, most small people dont get a rise from a laugh, small man syndrome I believe it is called. Poulson is intently disliked up here, not respected at all, whoever thinks his is is a daytripper.
  5. You cant know that Whitey, every game there are challenges for the ball whereby a player puts his leg around the others to get the ball away. That is not illegal, Sunday League might as well pack up and finish.
  6. Is it a tackle if the player touches the ball first?
  7. http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/454645/Saints-star-Luke-Shaw-tells-friends-he-wants-30m-Chelsea-move
  8. There could be something there for the referee to look at himself but not for us to complain about.
  9. Quote that scenario from the rulebook if you could.
  10. If its for one of those rendezvous's with men then I hope he gets an awful lot of money or a very good position in the company..................................
  11. Now now, positive news or perceived shall be taken as if its set in stone.
  12. No an interpretation, we all see exactly the same thing differently, the ball was touched, he was going for the ball, he got the ball and then the player, split call as if you consider challenges are at some point going to touch the opposition the game would be about 6 hours long and you would finish with 3 men, professional dont think it was a foul and neither does the referee and shock of shocks a Southampton FC website thinks the challenge was an outrage.
  13. No, its interpretation like anything.
  14. I'm being fair.
  15. Loyalty does not come into being fair and having an unbaised opinion, I wont ever support another football team if thats to what you poorly refer? The 50/50's was after our complaint against Clattenburg and how they will without knowing award every split decision against us.
  16. Claiming to be a Saints fan lessens your point and highlights bias, it matters not who anyone supports and accusing someone of not supporting the side they actually do because they dont agree with you is ridiculous and childish. Professionals have called it unlucky and not a foul, the referee did and some on here, I'll go with them for now.
  17. It wont happen but one of the Worlds richest men would not asset strip, they would enhance, it would his ego thing similar to Chelsea and City.
  18. They know the laws but they also know its subjective when you implement that law.
  19. Thats all well and god but many professionals dont think it was a foul and more importantly the referee did not, rough with the smooth, we whinge about the refs and we expect them to do us favours and give us 50/50's? The departed chairman started that belter as well, I did not see many complain about the West Brom penalty earlier on in the season.
  20. He was a player for Liverpool, thats why I was ballsed it up ha ha, good player as well in his time, indeed he would be a far better chairman than most.
  21. Sorry yes, God knows where that came from, I shall blame it on the cider and wine ha ha!
  22. God knows what happened to my post, he is of a better calibre than others that have been mentioned especially Purslow.
  23. He fits the bill and I would be happier with someone like him as opposed to Polson.
  24. He did not go through him for one, he touched the ball first and he caught him in the referees opinion unintentionally, thats it really. You can tackle from behind as well if you dont go through a player, dont be biased, be fair and objective.
  25. Not too sure you can send someone off with your suspicion, imagine that was transferred into the modern day living.
