Only wish there were more players with an intelligence like the said player. -
I know of a case argued by Sir David Calcutt (Not sure it was his but he did do something on the case) whereby an IRA member was on a motorbike with a bomb packed and ready to be primed, on route to the bombing site the bike was pulled over by the RUC and charges were given, he argued what he carried was an offence not what he actually intended to do, I find it spurious but it could be argued that Duggan did indeed not have the gun so therefore there was no intention to kill, but its wishy washy never the less, he carried it so he had to carry the possible ramifications, I understand though this opens an absolute legal nightmare.

London is 40 different towns, many of them ****e and expensive where the heart and soul has been ripped out, the exclusive expensive places sheltered away from the rif raff though are great, where could you buy desirable for the average family?

I dont envy people living in London on say £50,000 a year trying to buy a house in a nice area. It aint happening, house share for most or rental, living the dream.
-
Yes I have used that, its amazing to see, after this year though will see if we can continue as well are buying a house here in Liverpool for sort of insurance purposes, we will probably be overseas in the next few years or so so want to get a nice house here to rent out and have for or if any reason we come back.

You have the barn 15 miles to the East of Hedge End by the station, Hedge End has nearly 30,000 people in it and as you say one pub in the centre, arguably the most boring place to live in Hampshire taking the crown from Basingstoke, Gosport, Fareham, Farnborough and Fleet.

Near what top 10? London does not have a high street really, how can it?
-
There are ****holes everywhere, Christ Southampton has more ****holes in it than nice areas, I mean in the City, Liverpool has lots as well, but its also has as nice as areas as you would find in any City, let Pap direct you on the not so nice areas (mind you he paid £60,000 in tax last year so why he lives where he does is beyond me) and I can guide you through the Wooltons, Cressingtons and Mossley Hills of the City.

Good squad player, let Fox and Hooiveld go as he better than both in both positions.

No thanks mate all done now, just wanted to know if anyone has been in the same boat.
-
Of course it doesn't, they are alpha World cities, that does not mean they are better places to live though.
-
If you have money yes, for the working man there are far better cities for everyone to enjoy.

We are moving this year but want to continue overpaying when we find and buy our new house as well, no debt for me other than a mortgsge but its about to rise considerably ha ha!
-
They have basically said we have two options, lump sums up to £10,000 a year or monthly direct debit alongside the mortgage, I am going for the monthly now as it seems to take off the amount of the loan whilst keeping the mortgage the same so in turn reducing the length of the mortgage and not the amount we pay every month, or I hope so:lol:
-
We overpay ours in a lump sum every 3 months which works at about £4,500 a year, this has taken the monthly amount down but the length of the loan is still 20 years! We shall now pay it monthly on a direct debit alongside the mortgage every month as it would seem to bring down the length of the loan, have I thrown £4,500 away? Or has it simply taken off a small amount per month over the length of the mortgage?

lets finish it with this http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/liverpool-named-number-3-top-6475968 A great City and to end my City Southampton really has to do something to rival or try to to interest and retain the cruise ship industry, as opposed to everyone ****ing off woth there money invest in the City and actually make it a place for people to want to visit and not leave.
