Still haven’t got a clue why football started stopping the game because of medical situations in the crowd. Seems completely unnecessary and open to tactical abuse.
I dunno.
Something to do with this big green thing that will allow an ambulance or at a push Air Ambulance to land and take away really sick people.
Let them die is what I say, football and money are more important.
Still what do I know? Only what my daughter tells me and all she does is arrange St John's Volenteers and stuff. Nothing important like

Aston Villa on a plane going to Philadelphia one year later. They were going for pre season. I was going there for work.
In Hong Kong the team was whisked through immigration. In Philadelphia they had to queue like everyone else in one of those long customs snake like queues. Paul Lambert, the manager at the time, spent most of his time waiting on the phone.
I'm just wondering.
Do you work for the Aston Villa Pre-Season backroom squad?

OK this made me laugh from the Rangers boards (sound on)
Are you sure this isn't a training video?
I am sure we, including Bazunu, played like this on the pitch.

If you dredge the Internet for long enough you'll be able to find an article saying we're set to appoint Mick Harford.
Post the link up and shit yourself about that too.
Knowing SR it's more likely it'll br Mick Hucknell

Ramsdales kicking is a bit suspect
Yeh. He thinks he's playing rugby and is kicking for territory

Isn't it about time Ross Stewart went of injured for six months?

Strachan and Hoddle are both free and have better records in the prem
As players or managers.
Either way, they could do a job for us, much better than what we have.

Armstrong and Downes on.
Fernández and Aribo off.
A little bit better this change

"You must be really pleased?"
- Yes.
"Is that the best you've ever played?".
- No.
He learnt that from Roy Keen, who is already trying to convince him Man Utd should be his future.

More importantly, has he got another job yet? Some thought the big boys of Europe would be queuing up for his services.
Yes
He's got a job in a Musical Youth tribute band
He can't sing
He can't play an instrument
But he knows how to pass the Dutchie on the left hand side.

I was all happy and excited after the transfer window.
We finally had some players and especially a goal keeper with the capacity to keep us up and build upon.
The owners finally splashed some serious cash.
Then we came to today and I was keen to see our new players.
Then my smile faded.
Russball. Shit, I forgot about that.
Ahh well. We should walk the championship next season.

In what way?
He had a reasonable first season at WHU, kept his money up, now moved to NF on PL wages, England chances now gone.
Or he could have played a season in the champ on reduced wages and now back in the Prem with a likely relegation struggler, England chances gone.
Not sure there's much difference really, he's moved on, some of us need to move on too.
Look
James Ward Prowse WILL be coming back to Saints.
But only when the TIME IS RIGHT.
That time is not now.
He still has a few good years left in him.
Once he is in the twilight of his career with one year left to play THEN he'll come back to see his playing days out with Saints, playing a bit part off of the bench.
As they all do.

Japan national team defender Sugawara Yusei is most likely to transfer to Southampton, another Moriyasu Japan player to join the world's strongest league
[ June 24, 2024 03:00]
It was revealed on the 23rd that Southampton, which has decided to return to the English Premier League after one year, is the most likely destination for Japanese national team defender Sugawara Yusei (23) of Dutch first division AZ Alkmaar.👍
I didn't know you could just choose to return to the Premier League.
We should remember that next time instead of all this play off malarky.

Honestly mush, kids today eh? No respect for tradition.
Why can’t they just go down the Painted Wagon, have a few beers, fight the ICF down by the station, go to the game, have a few more beers, go down Top Rank, have another fight, throw up, have more beers and then go home?
Anything else is just embarrassing.
Youuuu bleeding lightweight.
What happened to the Kebab afterwards from JR's, and snogging the big bird from the holyrood estate, and dancing down the high street, wearing a cone on yer head, and telling the old bill where to go,(behind their backs) AND singing 80's tunes through Hoglands park. AND you were up at 10 am on Sunday to have a full English at Nicks in East street, then down the Dockies for 12 for a few liveners, onto play Sunday League footie and back on the beer until 10.30.
Kids don't know their born these days.

Well, its been the perfect tactic going back 40 years.
Get an early goal in the first 15 minutes.
Defend for 75 minutes plus stoppage time.
That's what got us all the European championships and World Cups.
The opposition, in this case Serbia, will never attack us in this state.
-
Whats the matter with them. Couldn't they get Fred Chairman, or Alfie Manager?
-
Goodbye Stu
Wished you could have stayed but probably fot the best.
Good luck and thanks for all those wonderful goals out of nowhere.

Wasn’t aware father and son weren’t on talking terms.
Equally wasn’t aware someone was going through ill health.
Sadly, was aware of his daughter in law, mainly through the hilarious trolling on Twitter, but she brings it all on herself so I couldn’t give a toss. She deserves every ounce of it.
And from the look of here, I think she sells it by the ounce on OnlyFans

Ive got my tickets and my question ready.
I’ve been a Southampton FC fan for more than 40 years, and in that time, the club has become more than just a team to me — it's a part of who I am. Supporting Saints isn’t always easy, but that’s what makes it so special. It's not about chasing trophies or jumping on bandwagons. It’s about loyalty, resilience, and the pride that comes with sticking by your club through every twist and turn.
From the days at The Dell to the move to St Mary’s, I’ve watched the club grow and evolve, while always holding onto its soul. I’ve seen legends like Le Tissier light up the pitch, witnessed last-gasp relegation escapes, emotional promotions, heartbreaking relegations, and cup runs that brought a city together. I’ve celebrated unforgettable wins and sat through painful losses — but never once considered walking away.
Being a Saints fan means believing in youth, in passion, in fighting above your weight. It’s about supporting a club that represents our city with pride — a club that nurtures talent, plays with heart, and keeps going, no matter what. There’s a unique grit to Southampton, and that spirit flows from the stands to the players and back again.
Over three decades, the faces on the pitch have changed, but the feeling I get every time I see those red and white stripes hasn’t. It’s about more than football — it’s identity, it’s community, it’s history. Win or lose, I’ll always be proud to be part of the Southampton family.
Once a Saint, always a Saint.
My question is this.
Can we have Meat and Potato pies in the foyer?
This is how you act at these things, right?
