Lack of a true Centre Forward

How about Wagner from Hoffenheim?

Before his injury there were signs last season that Charlie was adding more to his game than goals. His hold up play was ok and he was getting better at bringing other players into to game . It’s a pity he got injured as he looks like the type that needs games to maintain his sharpness. I got the opinion Claude didn’t really rate him, but lack of options & the woeful finishing of JRod & Long meant he was given a run. I doubt MP rates him much either, as he doesn’t look like his sort of striker. But maybe he’ll have to turn to him as Puel did.

I’ve no doubt if he played for someone else & was available for 4/5 million a lot of our supporters would be calling for us to sign him.
