Now making a honest living for himself at Newcastle I'm glad to see but it would seem his previous bad habits were too much for our Academy staff to tolerate :

How would you handle that situation if you found a young lad stealing kit - get rid or stick by him ?

depends if he offers to split the profits!

the lads have got to grow up right, you cant have a bad sort kept on the books because he's a good player, what kind of example does that set the other kids to follow. Theres a certain forward in our academy who scored a lot of goals last year got kicked out a few months back due to continual bad behaviour.
