Yes, still one way only on Bedford Place (down, towards town) - although judging by the number of numpties who can't read road signs, you wouldn't believe it was all the time.

We parked in Bedford Place on Sat having come up from the south west although there were roadworks it was fine. It only took us about 5 mins to get out and on our way!
