I wouldn't use it for much except sticking work files on it and surfing the net wi-fi. So the questions I need to consider are: Bang for buck... £250 entry machine or £400 mid-ranger Screen size - tempted to go 15.6" but prepared to listen to notebook arguments Brand - is an iPad worth considering or a PC-type machine equally good and/or better value Plus any other thoughts please...
