ITunes Help

I recently bought a new PC and have set up my ITunes account on there. I have de authorised the account on my old PC, and authorised the new PC, but I can't seem to transfer music from ITunes to my IPhone. ITunes recognises that my phone is there, and says it is syncing, though this is done incredibly quickly, and there is only one step, whereas before there were 3 steps. Is there any way I can amend this? I think I could possibly do it manually, but that would mean losing all of the music (and app) info on my phone I think.

 

Grateful for any suggestions

Yep, sine songs transferred from my phone (purchased) and some other CDs which I have uploaded. If I manually transfer stuff, I will lose everything on the phone. I can live with that as can put most of it back, but would I lose contyact numbers as well, or just music/apps?

 

I guess I may need to nip in to the Apple Store.
