SAR Boy Saint Posted 23 September, 2012 Share Posted 23 September, 2012 Hi Guys, Looking for a reasonable stereo for my X Trail, with bluetooth connectivity for my phone. Would also like it to link to the steering wheel controls as the OEM Clarion unit does. Anyone know much about this and recommend something? Looking to spend £100-150. Cheers! Somewhere In Northam Posted 24 September, 2012 Share Posted 24 September, 2012 (edited) single or double din? facia adapter inc in price or no? DPX-313Y - double din awesome unit on the cheap, not much in the way of features but sounds good (i guess thats all thats needed from a stereo) KIV-BT901 - single media reciver, so no cd's etc, everything is wireless, mp3, 4x usb (so 2 x ipods + iphone + pendrive/usb hdd) can also play films/music videos etc, (screen 1" smaller than galaxy note) this one sounds awesome, one of the best out there for fidelity really is the dogs ******** might be a touch on the expensive side @ 150ish but if you shop around you could bag a bargain Edited 24 September, 2012 by Somewhere In Northam
tony13579 Posted 24 September, 2012 Share Posted 24 September, 2012 I bought 2 Sony MEX 2600 Bluetooth for our ageing yaris and they are brilliant. cost was about £110 on eBay. Key things to look for is A2DP music streaming However one tiny niggle , we can only pair one iPhone at a time to it I have some Bluetooth headphones that will standby to two phones. I don't know iF any car audio systems do that?
SAR Boy Saint Posted 24 September, 2012 Author Share Posted 24 September, 2012 Sorry, should have said it's a single DIN, and would like it to be a cd as well!
