Well, I had a read through the web site, thinking 'Could I?, Should I?' As I scrolled down I became more and more enthused about the possibility of stretching myself to the limit and losing the 10Kgs I've put on in the last 12 months. Then at the bottom I saw the disclaimer: 'This is NOT for beginners or individuals with any medical condition that may be compromised by extreme cardio and strength exercise'. Thank fck for that I thought, I can remain sat in front of the keyboard doing nothing
