Need some help with getting rid of my car for cash.

I have a Kia sportage diesel hybrid that has done over 120, 000 miles and is 5 years old. I have used it for work mostly

It recently had some major works done, such as the glow plugs, cylinder injector and Oil pressure sensor.  Turns out the piston rings are shot and it'll cost £5-7k to get the engine done.

The car itself is only worth between £4k and £5k fully working.

 

What are my options getting this sold on a "Spares and Repairs" basis?  

If I could find someone who would source and install and reconditioned or second hand engine I would bite their hand off as I could sell the car.

Any suggestions gratefully received, especially after a week like the one we just had.
