We've had this for the past week also stevo. I put it down to running a bath downstairs, dishwasher going, and both washing machines filling up, hence the shower upstairs was just trickiling out, gurgling too.

 

But after reading of your problem, I may monitor the flow rate and ask for a rebate if it turns out that they've turnd the pressure down the swines.
