Not really. They will have suspected where he was maybe even been told by his friends & now they have confirmation and the shame of the rest of the world knowing.

I work with plenty of ordinary Muslim men and women, who live ordinary lives and those with teenage boys, almost to a man/woman, are worried sick about what they are being told/preached/watching online etc.

In many ways it's like us parents worrying about online grooming, kids getting in with the wrong crowds, drugs etc but with much more deadly consequences.
