  1. The reason is because Cortese does not give a fook about you, me or anyone else. The communication between club and fans is now worse than it ever has been in the 25 years I have been watching Saints. Yet Cortese gets away with it because he is our 'saviour' according to most... he's not our saviour, he saw an opportunity to make a mint out of us, he didn't get Liebherr to spend his money to save us, he got Liebherr to spend his money because he wanted a pop at running a football club and thought he could make Liebherr some money in the process. The longer the mass blind hysteria of love carries on for Cortese... the worse it will get.
  2. Unless the backtrack or start communicating with fans, I will make a point of doing less than 10 home games next season. Having said that, I doubt many casual fans do more than that... I can't imagine that more than 10% of casual PAYG fans go to more than 10 games a season. I hope we have lower crowds next season, to start with, I fully expect we will, unless England win the World Cup which will put a couple of thousand on gates all around the country.
  3. I am not going now, if it was announced earlier there was about 10 of us interested in going, but the interests gone now, so Ibiza or something tacky it is. The way this club communicates with fans absolutely stinks... it's worse that it's ever been in the 25 years I have been watching SFC, yet Cortese still somehow gets away with it as our 'saviour' .
  4. £209 for 1 x Senior New Familiy Enclosure £99 for 1 x Under 12 New Family Enclosure My Maths was wrong!!! Its £308 total. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/SeasonTickets/0,,10280,00.html Though you still only get 2.5 free games a season.
  5. Stuck on a boat in the middle of the ocean with a woman who thinks she can command a conversation on football? Nah thanks, would rather poke my wang eye out with a rusty fork.
  6. She has curly hair.
  7. Haha... I just remembered... that picture in the Echo... The Pointon Crew
  8. Well yes, there is that, now I am not aware of the figures, but I can't see many non-season ticket holders going to more than 14 games. When you have to pay for each game individually, you justify your tickets game for game. All of a sudden a cold December night watching Saints v Hartlepool doesn't seem to be worth £25
  9. The smallest man in England is a season ticket holder at Southampton, he might even post on here... you could be on to something here. As for the food fight, I am tempted by this offer. What about Mallets Mallet ( using a real mallett ) , 2 women and word association about football association. The loser gets knocked out and locked out... having their season ticket revoked.
  10. We can take from this that 30% of our core support are not going to renew. I wonder what our normal retention levels are? So using this as an example... and 600 people is a pretty good indication, around 5% of our support. I will be surprised if we end up with more season ticket holders this season than we did last season. Mission accomplished for Cortese.
  11. £318 for ST, not £358 £345 if you were to pay match by match. So if you are going to miss 2 matches, your better off paying as you go.
  12. Yes you will, you are the ultimate in scarferage.
  13. What are your thoughts on the installment plan being removed? I think it is disgusting.
  14. I used to take birds down there and once got caught in a compromising position with a lady down there by the OB. True Story.
  15. I am always downstairs at half time having a pie and a pint as well as a sneaky ciggy, so will never get to watch it/participate. :-(
  16. 6 month interest free if I remember rightly, so would have been July then 5 installments after. Is it really relevent to anything though? Really?
  17. This message is hidden because NickG is on your ignore list.
  18. That's not a bad route actually. Although I will wait a bit to get myself up to a decent standard before I attempt to run in open public. Tonight I am going from my house ( Whitenap ) down Highwood Lane, right at Stroud School, all the way up Green Lane to Ampfield, down the straight mile, left at the Mandarin chef, Halterworth Lane, Botley Road, Home. 5 miles.
  19. I shall give that a try. Cheers. I do have a good raw talent at running for a fatteh. Represented the Army in Inter-Services x-Country and represented South of England and Hampshire in various national championships, as well as being an England Schools Finalist at 800m Ok, that was a while ago, but still, it's just like riding a bike.... isn't it?

  21. Yawn - Ignore list for you now.
  22. 6 months interest free I believe you 'tard.
  23. The fact you posted season ticket prices up which are completely doctored to suit your argument proves this, and proves that you cannot be taken seriously. Who's figures are accurate when comparing season ticket prices using the most economic method? I will take the bet mine are and wager my Saintsweb membership, if you lose you have to lose your membership on here. Deal?
  24. Too right, keep up the strike and put all the scum out of work. This is the most retarded strike in the world, ever.
  25. No, it relies on the clubs endorsement because it is premium management as opposed to a loan. With premium management... - The club need to agree to recieve the revenue in a set amount of monthly payments from Zebra ( generally 3, 6 or 8 ) , instead of paying the full payment upfront. - There is no credit risk with premium management, to set one up independently would mean probably unfavourable interest rates and fees, and credit searching, effectively it would be just like getting a normal loan, meaning that there is better deals elsewhere on the market. And before anyone pipes up again, not everyone can get credit nor is it viable, hence this option is the most viable for all.
