you mean being overly brave, trying at all costs to keep the ball and not to just hoof it aimlessly that ends up turning over possesssion and means we have to chase after it for five minutes?
-
very. KWP tried to play it out from the back, but just wasn't the space to do it. Not sure we have created enough despite being the better side second half
-
oh dear. Lets hope it is not four new fullbacks needed this summer
-
I know Stephens is not a fullback, but the fact he's stays in his sown half does make us tighter. Doesnt help us get a gal back, but how our fullbacks play needs careful attention going forward.
-
has to do miles better there.
-
what a great move/ball that was.
-
Love watching Amstrong. Sometimes runs it too far, but tonight he has been bloody great
-
certainly is. Need to be brave and keep playing through the lines.
-
Quick there too. Impressive start. Come on saints....
-
Good composure from Forster with the ball at his feet. He made one fuck up earlier, but overall he's been tidy.
-
jesus, he looked sharp there though.
-
JWP and Armstrong have done very well
-
change of shape?

not a fan, so Djenepo for me.
-
it was a clear yellow.
-
kiss of death as he gives it away very badly.
-
KWP having a decent game. Not sure if he could have done more for the goal, but he's been very good on the ball. Back to where he was at teh start of the season.
-
if we are talking about Redmond, he's had a decent game. Made a lot of good decisions and has given the ball away much. He's pushing into the space...he just knows he doesnt have the pace to beat the fullback.
-
fair enough. Let's hope we can create a bit more second half.
-
competing, not throwing men forward, but working hard to prevent then getting between the lines and breaking. Normally, as our players get tired, spaces open and that extra covering player is not there and then the class tells.
-
SWF mafia right there: "my opinion is fact".
-
wasn't easy at all.
-
to be fair the keeper completely smothered the chance.
-
We're we fucking pretty shite before he came? We have basically gone to the heights and back down again.
-
it is, but I put the end of 19/20 season down to the fact we acted very professionally during the shut down and when games recommenced we were right on it, whilst the rest were on the beach. Far play to Ralf for getting our minds right. I think also we coped well with the empty hollow stadiums really well, whilst our opponents seemed to switch off. We crack under the pressure, but are good on the training ground perhaps. The games in empty stadiums have the same feel. Into 20/21 season and we carried that confidence we had gained through. When we lost players due to injury the wheels came off and we have not been able to get them back on despite players now being fit. That's all I've got. Why do you think we did well and now its gone pear shaped?
