Last month saw the first slight increase in house prices since February last years tiny rise of .01%. A 1.9% rise has wiped out the 1.6% drop that happened in December. It is early days but maybe with the interest drop once again the property ladder may start to get the economy moving again. It isn't by any means fantastic news but anything is better than nothing right now.

Is this answer worth anything? Whether you agree or not he mentioned a lot of valid points, but you chose to give the typical stupid response he was talking about. It says a lot more about you than it does him.

I haven't seen it written in any post here, but to be honest I would take Chris Nicholl back right now over the current set up with Lawrie McMenemy as DoF. You can't tell me the wage bill would be higher than it is now and the experience would be so much better.

All I was saying is that it is news, news of a completely opposite type to the popular comments being made on here that all those names would be off. It's not as if I came on here and started a rumour by saying something pointless like, "Good news, we are buying cheaper grass seed." That would be non event news. All I have done is comment that all the doom and gloom news about the players leaving hasn't happened. It is only news because it didn't happen and people on here were saying it would. That is my point. Done deals were not done deals so it seems. So, given that the information from the depressed bunch wasn't true on this occasion, just how close to administration are we, for instance. Is this just more bad news in which to try to make the current board look worse than they are? Do people here really know anything or is it all bullsh1t?

Surely the crux of it all is income over expenses. You can't make them fit your criteria and decide when you are totally screwed.

Does your posting of alternative things Lowe has or hasnt done mean you agree with me on the content of my post? Its just that it is hard to draw conclusions when you simply keep bringing new stuff to the table.

A weird and one sided response. All I was stating is that given the non stop assurances from ITK Lowe haters that certain players would be sold off (oh, by the way, with surrounding comments such as "next week when the transfer window opens") it must be seen as good news that they are still here. Nobody on here was saying our best players would not be saleable a week ago. They would be sold and Lowe wanted them out the door. Suddenly it has not happened and the goal posts have been moved. Always an anti Lowe vibe why things happened how they happened and always an experienced ITK poster explaining an evil reason why this happened this time. I want Lowe out too but only for an assured better alternative. To lie and make ludicrous anti Lowe accusations for affect is no better than the pro Lowe guff that comes from within. In fact it is laughable.

It has been spouted now for months that we would be losing our best players. No end of it from Lallana to Surman to Davis. Suddenly when that hasn't happened its because all our players are sh1t. We have recalled existing players and strengthened by adding. NOTHING has been taken away. No backward steps were taken. This is good news and should be embraced even if it was overseen by the pantomime hate figure.

A very good point. If you consider Crouch to be no better or indeed worse it is assumed you think Lowe is great. Its the same thing. I think Lowe is marginally better than anything currently at St Mary's but it doesnt mean I am happy. I also believe a march making it official that I am not happy is about as useful as a jelly toaster.

I think most people who are independent of all the Lowe v whoever just wonder what the march has achieved. Not many were happy before but its not like a solution to the problem is now any closer. If that is the case then it was pointless no matter how heart felt.

Why dont you try saying all that in Dutch now and see if you get the exact message across to inform all of what you mean. No, I cant either. Also, when he said they when talking of Saints it was about a period in time before he was working here so maybe he got confused about how to discuss it in his second language.

I think his plan has been to try and keep us operating as a business by loaning out the high earners. He has made many ugly cost cutting decisions that frankly needed making and wouldnt win him any publicity points. Also by loaning them out he gave us a get out clause to bring them back. Fair enough we are close to the bottom so not a success story exactly but if we are in less debt and do stay up then he has began to turn us around.
