Agree with a lot of those. As highlighted Steve Williams was a pale insipid looking waif of a player. Looked like a waif but was probably one of the toughest players I've ever seen in a Saints Shirt, never shirked a challenge & was always someone you would want in the trenches with you. And then you have Bally, I will always feel privileged to have seen that man in a Saints shirt. He is the epitome of if your good enough your big enough. He was told at an early age he wasn't big enough. What a load of C**K, I hope Tadanari turns out half as good as these players mentioned then he will be a star for us. Lets see how the guy turns out & judge him at the end of the season. Unfortunately we have a society today that wants instant gratification. Anything less than perfect is not good enough, I'll take comfort that most people at the game (including the commentators) were pleased he took a good hit, got straight back up, didn't try to hide & then dished a little out later on himself. I'll try to judge him on his contribution to the cause not his size or weight.

With Lambert, Lallana & Fonte back add into the mix Puncheon, a much better performance against Cardiff I just feel that we are on the up again, & a belief that Lambert & Sharp could well be something special up front.
